WTF Meijin just gave me a tip saying that gear you equip on fighters you send on expeditions lose durability, the higher quality the gear the more durability it lose.

But I'm like 90% sure I read in a tutorial earlier in the game that gear on your fighters only degrades if you didn't buy it from the shop? Am I just imagining things? Is that durability protection only for TDM?

The only problem I have there is I need a bunch of shrooms for U-10 and then a bunch of shrooms for COEN... I upgraded my pork chopper to kill U-10 in probably under 30 seconds so 3 slowmungus should work for him, but then 34F COEN has an eternal health bar that's going to take like two minutes of constant slapping, which will require at least two pork choppers to be safe, plus a dozen slowmungus. That's all my inventory slots taken and I haven't even gotten to the bosses yet, there are still a couple of areas between the lift and all of that.

I need a fucking express pass god damn it.

Last time against New York I fought until 15k war score. I got 44k coins / SP / 2 Death Metals.

I read about people were fighting like only 5 times, ending with a war score around 600, and getting ~40k coins / SP / 2 Death Metals.

You can unlock a shortcut to Coen after you kill U-10. Doesn't help you this time but next time you know. In the future always check your map before running into a new room on a boss floor as you'll be able to see the valve handles on the map as yellow exclamation marks which warns you that it's likely the mini boss you're about to run into.

Depends on how upgraded they are but claws are good hater killers. The durability sucks though so they're no good for general purpose climbing.

It's fungus. The bodies are exploding into mushrooms. Look up what cordyceps is, it's seems to be a fundamental thing of the game, especially considering how all the bosses are techinically only heads.

i might be just crazy, but I think the drop rates of Tubers are better if you kill them during certain actions, like after a quaker tuber does double ground quake with his fist and leaves himself vunerable, or getting a hovering tuber stuck on the ground with its drill

I mean, you'd think they do, I honestly haven't seen a single pure elemental damage in the game, but at the same time, I picked up the quest to kill 30 enemies with electric weapon, and split damage weapons like the rapier didn't work so I can't tell...

I had no issues at all with u-10 with a +4 katana so I'd imagine a +3 would be fine. I have fairly good offensive decals though I guess. Coen is a bigger tank and I had to use 2 invincibility shrooms on him.

Well that's strange. When I was snail farming in Okusa, I never saw the gold chest once in Nokejiri yesterday. I go to Nokejiri today and it's there. I have treasure hunter on and everything and I only see the chest today. Is that just me?

A really easy boss with no health that you can kill with a shitty broken tier 4 weapon. Just use guard shrooms and MAYBE a slow shroom and you'll kill it quickly. You can hit the end of the tail instead of the body and it falls apart in seconds I hit it 6 times and killed it. The only people entering one shot city, were the retards who go in unprepared and full DSP the fight.

Coen however is someone you wanna prepare for, tons of guard shrooms and a bunch of stuff to prep for. If you're not confident in your weapons holding out, get a 4 star weapon made, and get like 4 of them and beat the fuck out of him.

Just remember shrooms are the key, and being prepared is how you beat everything.

I wish expeditions generated some EXP for the fighter that was sent, would have been a lot more worthwhile.

When you're picking a fightter, right under their state icon it says what floor and room they're on.

Basically whatever room they're in, is the loot table your fighter is going to generate loot from (They never bring back materials and blueprints, unfortunately)

so if you send them to a person in a room like Oshino, with a crapton of golden critters in it, they have a very high chance to come back with at least one critter.

This is the thing, if you don't have money but have the room, just buy a bunch of tier 1 fighters, whether they win or lose against the person you sent them after only determines how much money and SP they come back with, everything else, like critters, shrooms, and gear, is completely randomly generated on the way back.
