Found your problem. LFG is full of cowards who won't run the most forgiving dungeons with you unless they also know you know what you're doing. And for that they check if you're skilled in the dungeons.
I've been rejected numerous times for things like SSNM or LKNM despite being in full Guile just because I didn't have those 5 clears, even though they are completely braindead when half decently geared and can be probably even be duo'd smoothly.

Gear wall's not steep, but a bit grindy. You've got your mid tier set which takes no time to obtain but a bit of time, grind, and rng to fully enchant to +12.Then there's the top tier set which can take months to obtain if you don't have a static or a really nice guild, and even longer to enchant if you're starting from nothing with no materials. MT has more people who go hard. CH has people who go hard but they're more casual about how they do it. TR is where you go if you want pve but you don't want to deal with any people from /terag/.

The most I have seen in a guild online at once is 5 and nobody ever talks. You want to run content good luck finding anyone if you don't have 5 clears on that character. This means it is literally impossible to play the fucking game because it's designed around groups but you can not get one.
