Lancer is highly dependent. I can't speak for brawler since I've never made one, but lancer has a low CD skill that you chain off of other skills, and if your ping is wobbly then you'll hard cast it a lot more than you mean to (which means it'll active very slowly). Additionally, a big part of lancing is being aggressive and blocking quickly between your attacks in time with the boss. If all you do is turtle behind your shield, you'll run out of RE or lose aggro pretty quick, so timing's important. Where brawlers can just use GF and spam their rotation without caring ab out timing much at all, if your ping is high or unstable on a lancer then you'll go to block cancel an attack and it simply won't happen. Or you'll do wallop, and the ending animation will lock you for a crazy long time since your ping decided to spike in that moment.

Seriously, tanking's a joke right now in general, but the guy who said lancing is easier than brawling probably plays with a threat crystal on and contributes like 5% of the overall party DPS.

I have kind of stupid question, but how to get money here? All things i bought (gold crit innerwear, gold broosh, pvp ring and earring) for money from events. Even elite status for 1 month i bought for them. All i can get by myself is 70-100k for month - elite for 1 more month. I can't save money for vm7 gear and also can't buy for real money, seems it costs 400k gold or 100$ per 1 part - 1/5 my salary (I'm not from US or europe, so i can't spend so much money for game every month despite for my country my salsry is good for my ages ). Now i do with my ninja IoD BAMs, frimblisks and other 2. I can waste my time doing nagas and giants, but it takes 10-15 minutes for 1 quest, too much. I also celestial arena and ace dungeons for vg token - change them for coluva ore or caprin horn and sell all this stuff. But after all this.. I earn only 2-3k gold and it takes almost all my free time. If i do this quests with my alts - warrior and reaper, I can get 5-6k gold but after this weekly shit i don't want to play anymore.
The worst thing is.. Even if i will buy elite for real money, i must do all this quests with my mail for 3 month to get full vm7 (i already have almost everything for weapon except vernal bark, most times i've tried to go to schm ended in failure on secornd boss, sometimes party even can't kill mobs before 1st boss! And i have never killed Darkan).
So, can you give me some tips how to get money here?

What you can do is make a new account (new email, not a second account under the same email) and send it to that, open the boxes and trade yourself the rewards.

There's 2 small problems to this:
You need to be able to dual box tera, which isn't that hard but I don't know, some people here have astonishingly bad computers.
Some boxes may not be tradeable until you open them. (ie: if I remember correctly the ice weapon boxes had to be opened first. I just opened them on the class I wanted the weapon for when traded)

No, not inside. I'm in a car, but it has bad climate control. Literally two options of suffocating heat or frostbite cold. Wearing my jacket is easier than switching between the two every 20 minutes throughout the night, it's just my ears which freeze up without any protection. The cold radiating off of the windows in winter is nostalgic though, I enjoy it even if I shouldn't.

Back at release, it was deemed a failure as it was a P2P game.
BHS was struggling, however they decided to release a cash shop with cosmetics.

Swimsuits for Elin players back in Japan turned to be super super popular, so popular that in fact any Elin costume they made made them tons of money. This let them move the game from P2P to F2P and saved the company. F2P were reluctant to pay for subscription but they had no problems buy costumes with their money.
50$ for a costume vs 10$ monthly = they did not care about subscriptions, they wanted costumes.

This turned to be vastly successful. NA/EU/ASIA market kept pumping money into BHS due to costumes.

However the secret history found later on was, back in 2012 as BHS did had financial issues at the start and had a lawsuit for stealing Lineage3 code for Tera they decided to quickly make a replacement for Tera in case anything went wrong whilst milking the new F2P crowd.

The developers were moved to Project W aka Tera's replacement with same mechanics just new from the ground up due to lawsuit.
It's been in the works from 2012-2017 and will be released in 2017 Q1 for beta testing.

Meanwhile BHS set a dev replacement team that would pretty much mantain Tera and reuse assets until Project W was ready.
Game was "completed" in 2014, this is when the main devs were moved to Project EXA which is a clone of Tera, dubbed 1.5.

This was a pet project in case Project W failed and something for BHS developers to work on when they wanted. However the guy behind most of animations and design (Incl elins) left BHS and project EXA in 2015 and joined Revolve Online so he could design classes for that company. So right now EXA is not being worked until Project W gets released by Kakao Games. No gameforge or EME involvement.

So Tera was from the start a failure and was a cash grab whilst developers tried to avoid lawsuit for code they did not own, so they abandoned it to work on a new game.
