Not necessarily related to your macro, but there is an addon that will make a sound and alert you when your weapon enchant is off. I think it's called "shamanfriend" but i could be high.
A macro that only refreshes lightning shield when it's charges are used up is helpful as well for spamming vs rogues (so you're not just reapplying it needlessly). Or was helpful for me at least.
