In a perfect world you'd play 10 games against 10 different decks, all of them being equally viable, instead of only going against aggro shaman, pirate warrior and Renolock all the fucking time because they don't have any real counter

It kills the game when you go against the same decks over and over and over and you're basically forced to play those too because everything else has a significant drop in winrate, and this is supposed to be fun

Rat is a really tough card to use. Look at what cards your opponent is playing. Is their only big minion a topdraw? Yes, it'd be a good time to rat. Are they waiting at low health? Rat now and take their Reno Jackson! It's a good card, but sadly the RNG is not 100% mitigatable and can result in huge losses. You may want to consider keeping Nova, or swapping it for another big battlecry minion

Yes, rank 5-legend is by far the most time consuming part and where most people get stuck. It's a hell on earth where everyone tryhard as much as they can, there's no room for mistakes and losses are punished harshly, as they negate the no-winstreaks wins. Just do it once and forget about it forever.

For f2p players, extending to those unwilling to spend hundreds of dollars unlocking all alternate cards (and therefore alternate playstyles) of a given expansion, crafting the cards of the top rated deck from whatever site is really the only option for enjoying a viable experience. These people simply don't have enough cards to feasibly test homemade, unique decks, and cards are so prohibitively priced, both in terms of dust and real money, that crafting is obviously going to be limited to what has proven to work best. I'm sure that out there exists a viable deck that includes Noggenfrogger, but for your average Pedro from Brazil that has accumulated 1600 dust over 3 months making that deck is just not an option, and so he reads a list and makes the game's billionth pirate warrior - tried and tested by people with the means to acquire all expansion cards.

The fact is that as long as Hearthstone ostensibly remains a free to play game, these people aren't going to go away, but rather will increasingly make up a majority of the game's population. The dev team needs to either increase the variety of viable decks, which is a fairly vague solution, or decrease the threshold of attaining new cards in order to combat homogeneity.

I love Miracle Rogue but fuck if it is not sometimes ridiculously frustrating.

I haven't played the game since beta and a little bit again when season 1 launched (2014) but I just got a phone that can run it and got hooked again.

I haven't tried any of the single player campaings, are they worth the money if I just want cards and probably wouldn't enjoy playing against AI? Which one should I start with or does it depend on the classes I like using? I was thinking I'd go with the oldest one first seeing as how it only has 6 months left.

LoE has some fantastic cards, especially with how powerful Reno Jackson decks have become

BRM is only really worth it if you reaally wanna play dragon decks. It has a few staple cards here and there like Flamewaker and Imp Gang Boss though

Karazhan is the only adventure not rotating out and it's pretty...meh. Some good cards for Shamans and dragon decks but that's really it.

I've been playing a similar deck without any conceals and extra coins. I can't really justify running two vanish cards as you don't really need them in most games.

I normally end up with auctioneer, edwin and leeroy in my hand though by turn 5 and have all my win conditions and no activators so maybe one is the sweet spot.

not really. if you draw the card, it explodes and harms you. you have to somehow cheat it our of your deck (with barnes or yshaarj) and then bounce it back and play it again to destroy your opponents deck. pretty balanced if you ask me.

it's not fine. It's 6 mana for 5 damage that cant even go through taunt. it's just trash. you are better off just putting any other good aggro card into your deck. rocketeer is just plain awful. it has not been in any good aggro deck since beta, because it simply is too weak. Putting it in your deck will make it worse 100% of the time.

I already said that trying to replace cards one for one is an awful idea, just put the next best card that would fit into the deck in instead. the amount of burst and early game you need in an aggro deck to be good is not set in stone. you do not have to replace leeroy with a bad card. I can't believe i have to say this twenty times.

I mean, let's look at another example. you want to play miracle rogue but don't have thalnos. don't try to replace it with loot hoarder or kobold geomancer. It would only make your deck significantly worse than the "optimal version". instead, you put in another good card that fits well into the deck. Maybe just a second of a card that is only a one of in the deck because you ran out of space. Like a second counterfeit coin, or SI 7, or fan of knives, or violet teacher, or swashbuckler. but it is never right to put a bad card in your deck because it is similar in effect to a good card that you dont have.
