Other options are the Nb.Fz and SMK
SMK is a little too high tier for shitposting's sake but does have a nice gun and nice armor
Nb.Fz has no armor, gun is the same as the Pz IV and Stug IIIa with a backup 37 thats worthless

that's why you aim at outer wing. Spars are weaker there, ones near fuselage won't break even if you ram your plane into them. Extensive damage to wing can also kill plane, by making it lean to left and dive until killed by airspeed

My favorite is the G-6 but the G-14 is fantastic as well. The G-10 is doable but I definitely prefer the G-14. IIRC the G-14 is high altitude tuned and the G-10 is low altitude I think.

The K4 is great but getting it spaded is probably not worth the effort even with the cannon upgrade its getting.

Non anon, this isn't real life it's War Thunder. You should start shooting around 400 meters or less for deflection shots and maybe 300m if you're on their 6. Both only ideally because a lot of the times you're gonna be forced to shoot further before a spitfire pilot mouse drags and UFOs away from you.

Even getting to 100m of a plane is hard enough, coupled with an automatic spotting system and you are limited to 300m deflection shots max. Hartmann could do it because most people never saw him coming and the DM in real life is not as silly as Gaijin's.

The thing about the G series of BF 109s are that the WEP (power to weight in general) is really fucking great. You climb really well and there isn't that much of a drop off in performance with altitude differences. You are still actually surprisingly manouverable and your energy retention is good. You are decently fast and there aren't many glaring weaknesses you have. You don't overheat that badly and the temperatures are very manageable. The guns are okay but the 13mms aren't ideal. All of these factors make it so you don't have many glaring weaknesses and can generally hang with other planes much better in almost all areas.

The things that stick out when people talk about the K4 is that it has 3 main problems. The 30mm, the overheating, and the horrendous stock syndrome. One of these are getting fixed next patch and another can be fixed through tedious grinding. The K4 has REALLY good acceleration especially at low speeds so it can energy fight very well in low speed dog fights. It is noticeably faster than the G series in level flight as well and it can outrun most stuff at 5.3. You sacrifice some manouverability in exchange for the acceleration and speed. I haven't played it as much as the G series but it's a good plane when spaded.

I guess I prefer the manouverability and more versatile G series. I think the G6 is the best because 4.7 is a very good BR for it and its not that much worse than the 5.3s. I think a lot of people are sour on the G6 because it used to be pretty bad iirc. I also seem to do much better with planes with good high altitude performance as I like to establish air superiority before starting combat.

Aside from what you said, I feel that the K-4 is noticably better in high-speed maneuvers compared to almost all other Gustavs, though also being quick to lock up as your speed gets higher. That suits my playstyle better, so K-4 is my favorite Bf 109 by far for that and the reasons you stated.
I see what you mean with the Gustavs. They definitely are more versatile and they're suitable for many playstyles even if they don't fly like an F-4. G-6 certainly left a bad taste in my mouth back in its days, so I guess that's why I fiercely dislike it. I should try to spade it sometime, it and G-14 are the only ones I haven't spaded.
