The enemy team had a widow who always seemed kinda locked on. I would move about but the circle would always track to my characters stomach in the same position.

Zarya got buffed too and Roadhog got unchanged. Triple/quad tank is only so dominant because Ana puts out a fucking absurd amount of burst healing that ensures damage dealers are irrelevant since they have to fight past Rein shield/Dva matrix/Zarya shield all while Ana can put out 400 healing in a second. D.va, 76, and Ana all need nerfed, Zarya needs toned down because they buffed her when they intended to nerf her, 4/5 defense heroes need to not be dumpster tier.

I mean, how can you even pretend to have any hope that they have a single clue as how to balance? The ult nerfs are one of the causes of the tank meta though, the more the game is reduced down to basic abilities the more dominant kits like Ana's and the tank's become. I think they just need to keep the ult nerfs in place while nerfing the cancer characters

Like, what's even the strategy teleporter? If you use it as a means to escape, under most circumstances, you'll either die before you can use it or teleport so early you accomplished nothing a health pack won't fix. If you use it to get behind the enemies, you'll just get killed.

You should be able to hack invisibly and hack through damage. That might help some. But she's still no Spy.
