I'd say Ezreals that can auto do more damage than Ezreals who can land their spells.
All those blue build fags who do nothing but land an IBG Q proc every 30 seconds are totally worthless. Even the guys who build crit Ezreal are more useful than them.

He's good but because his Q and W are purely AP spells, you're reliant largely on your ult to do anything in teamfights. Wait for the enemy to engage on you, stun them with Q, auto once or twice then back off before the stun wears off. W costs way too much mana for a small shield, it's not worth it. E is good but if you use it all the time you'll run out of health super fast - but keep it toggled on while you kill creeps or you don't get the bonus health.

Start dblade and pick up an early vamp scepter since it practically removes the health cost of E, then optionally pick up either a heart of gold, then three more hearts of gold, or go for the philosopher stone route. Continue to farm cashmoney and health for half an hour, then turn those money making machines into better items. One HoG can become a Randuin's so you get health, armor and CDR. Sell the rest of that junk for an atma's, and if you're a baller, get an infinity edge and a phantom dancer. Boots can either be ninja tabi if you're getting the dodge mastery, or mercs if they're packing a lot of CC. Zerkers aren't worth it, other boots are more necessary. BV is great since it blocks a spell every 25 seconds, it's literally overpowered as fuck, and it gives you enough health and some mana to use your spells without running OOM instantly.

Combat is entered after dealing(or receiving) damage.
I think the damage dealt is based on your AD at the time of starting the attack rather than when it connects, but I have done absolutely no research on the subject so don't quote me.
