To be fair assume a Q1 2018 release.

If you assume they wanted to show a KH3 trailer during release of 2.8 then they had basically a whole year to hype (3-4 major events). So even with the 2.8 delay they could get a year of hype.

If 2.8 wasn't delayed we'd probably have our first KH3 trailer this weekend from Jump Fest.

I imagine the credits for 2.8 as a whole will have something, like how 1.5 hinted at 2.5 and how that hinted at DDD.

Well testing on Moana lv200 copter fleets, Marluxia A 89% with +3 str +3 speed on LL last slot with AB2 (I don't have an AB3 to give him right now) he did 155ish k damage.
Larxene B 68% with +3 str +3 speed on LL last slot with AB3 did 155ish k damage.
If I got an AB3 for Marluxia I think he would JUST outdamage Larxene but Larxene is only 1 gauge where Marluxia is 3 gauge.

If I'm reading the announcement right, it sounds like they're going to do this (with the name "Casual Roxas"). Not sure if thwy'll have their own deals, replace iXion, or just be added to this deal somehow, but one way or another they're coming up quick.

Larxene takes like half an hour. The Moana medals are decent if you need guilted tier 3 buffs or just more free tier 3s in general. Sora can also be guilted in like half an hour if you have a good setup/get lucky. Do Larxene and then guilt a quick Santa Sora and then spend all day tomorrow grinding for Moana and Maui.

It's the same idea but different execution. For Marluxia you had to be able to kill the targets in a certain amount of hits, for Larxene you need to be able to avoid hella enemies and then quickly kill aeroplanes that increase in level. The last one is also surviving a behemoth which is pretty easy.

1) You're almost there. Combining that 3 dot and 2 dot will roll guilt on the medal, so long as you're past Mission 200 in the story.
Maui's Tier 3, so it'll roll a value between 40% and 100%.

2) 100 Mickeys will last you a long-ass time, plus the mission comes around every weekend. You're fine.

3) Every 5 levels

4) They both give the same /amount/ of boost, just different types.
The 4 main buff/debuff types are
>General Attack
>Power/Speed/Magic Attack
>General Defense
>Power/Speed/Magic Defense
Each of these caps at +3, but since Pooh is General and Croc is Power, you can pop both.
For your purposes, it doesn't matter which one you use.

5) Patience. About half of the time there's some sort of Daily Jewel quest active that sums to 1400 jewels a week, on top of 500 jewels every 5 days.
It's slow, but you'll get there eventually. Sometimes there'll be a special VIP event when it's arguably worth it to pop the weekly $15 deal, but even without that you'll have no problem saving up a bunch of jewels over the course of months.
Especially if the 5-pull mercy is the new paradigm instead of 10-pulls

Yes, precisely like that. When you have it placed there, you'll see that 3-pronged Guilt symbol start to glow

Medals have to be at the same amount of stars to be able to contribute dots to one another. Get a 3-dot Sora and a 2-dot Sora up to 6* and fuse em just like with Maui.

You can also reroll Guilt by fusing in another 6* once it's Guilted, no dots required.

A two tier debuff is great but Xion being a general defense drop means you can use her in more sets than Roxas. Same for Axel I guess. Roxas would definitely be the best if you were only concerned with your speed keyblade though.
