Now not all the KILL EVERYTHING missions are broken, you just need to cherypick the ones you know you can pull off. The idea here is that Haters kill your targets, all you need to do is pick quests that have areas that you are for sure Haters are either not going to run into your targets or that you can reach them before they do. I've only had this work for Wanoki and Ikegara quests only though. But the move from X location to Y while not doing Z quests are still broken.

One thing to keep in mind. once you get to kawabe, pay attention to what the room order is from the escalator to the chest room. The game follows the same room ordering pattern until the tower resets, it'll speed up your farming because you'll know if its, for example, Pool>Carousel>Bridge, you can by process of elimination know if you're heading in the right direction the second you reach a room.
