Competitive yes, no shit and I remember them specifically changing his W to show the card colours. But never him actually being unplayable in ranked. I've played against his pre-change form in ranked before, I know that for a fact because I have played ranked exclusively since S3.

There's no reason to not have the winter map in ranked.

She was viable well before her first rework. She wasn't played anywhere but Korea though because EU and NA were stuck in season 1 mentality and shot for 40 minutes of passively farming and then grouping as 5 and steamrolling with your 6 item carries, whereas LeBlanc is all about ending the game as quick as possible, which is how the Koreans played.

LeBlanc didn't get the Mimic damage changes until halfway through season 3, but she was plenty viable all throughout early season 2.
In fact, the changes she got in 3.9 were mostly nerfs.

Braum for instance, is a superhuman immortal demi-god who can punch through mountains with his bare hands.
Sion is some kind of blood-magic fueled war machine crafted from the corpse of a legendary soldier.
Darius and Garen just have WH40K shoulders.

We don't have any official art showing just how muscular Jayce is, but I'm sure it's safe to assume that he's on the upper end of realistic musculature. Maybe not Graves and Olaf tier, but definitely up there.
