Not really. Arms/Armor eraser isn't for 2 months, and even then you often want Full Break instead.

Not only are those skills fucking expensive, they're also only one half of the equation. A lot of the time, people will Arms Erase for the ATK debuff, and Full Break for the DEF one.
Delita/Elza technically outclasses them now, for example. But they're still extremely useful.

It's only outclassed completely in 6 months when we get the fucking retarded robot trial

The fact that this step of the plan was so critical necessitated Vayne's lack of trust. He should have been wary of what was going on in this critical step, instead of putting his faith into unknowns.

He should have enacted a failsafe to prevent Ghis, or anyone else from activating it so easily. You're also ignoring the reason Ghis wanted to test the magicite: He was going to use it to overthrow Vayne. He gloats about how he'd be the new emperor. This was full on fucking Benedict Arnold we're talking about. Treachery doesn't get more blatant than that.

Vayne SHOULD have known this. The fact that he couldn't see it in his interaction with the other Judges was a fatal flaw.
A lack of suspicion is not enough to say he "could not have known."
A true strategist thinks about all possible outcomes.

Vayne either didn't think about the outcome, or he didn't consider it a priority. Both cases necessitate Vayne being wrong about something.

I've never merged units before. If I have a zidane at 1% tmr and another at 15% (just a random example, I wouldn't actually fuse these) would fusing them just give me 16% or it gives a 5 bonus for 21% ?

Also do I give trust moogles to the zidane I'm fusing into the other one, or the one that's receiving the fuse? doesn't matter which ?

But damn, all the other shit you got besides Onion suck aside from like, Exdeath. Unless you mean Aria (that blond chick in a dress praying in your image) when you say Eria, she's a good healer.
Rikku on that other account is God Tier, but the other two units that stand out (Cloud of Darkness and Firion) are kinda meh (Firion can be great but he needs a TON of investment).

This was for the best, we aren't getting another +ATK and fire resist for the foreseeable future and we only have one at the moment. By the time the next FF9 event rolls around, we'll have four +ATK and wind resist. Before that, the next FF13 event will give out the second +ATK and lightning resist (third, if you want to count the 4* one that gives 10 instead of 15).
