I honestly dont know how as its the opposite from my experience. The majority of AD Vis just ults, gets peeled, and dies. There were several games where the enemy team couldve won if their Vi didnt go dmg because she just gets blown up easily.

As he should be. Honestly there should be a special 11th ban slot for Yasuo. Before the first ban, anyone can opt in to ban Yasuo for free, consuming the 11th slot and leaving them their own ban for Rengar or whatever.
If and only if no one in the game opts to ban Yasuo, the 11th slot is unused and Yasuo playing filth are free to have their cancer champion.
This extra ban should also be added to normal games and rotating queue too. Once Yasuo reaches 100% banrate in all queues, maybe Riot will finally listen and rework him.

I don't watch anyone's videos to make an opinion on a champ because I'm not brainwashed or new to the game.

Sure, she might "work" top, but her laning phase is horrible. You can't out damage anyone with her kit. Q requires you to wait a bit before reactivating it, she's really melee, her W is really slow and does almost 0 damage. Her E does a bit of damage but that won't help you win trades too much, also her ult is just a barrier so if you can't naturally win the 1v1, her ult is useless.

As I said, I played in jungle, her kit didn't help me out trade anyone, but it was really good for engaging / securing kills.
