How do ya'll feel about the changes to the Cavity and the GSPS-12G? Personally I love it because I fell in love with the Cavity and got disappointed as soon as I realized its useless past Overkill. I'm also glad to have another secondary shotgun that's usable. I love the Loco but I've kinda grown sick of it. I also was never that big fan of the Judge personally outside of stealth.

I don't worry too much about the added accuracy from flechettes because I'm using the horizontal leveller. It's great.

Speaking of this screenshot.. I've actually taken a liking to the Steakout. I pair it with the Arbiter or China Puff to clear out mooks and shields. Teammates deal with dozers since shotguns are pretty shit against dozers unless you go AP.

Before I bought the Sniper Pack (and before whatever change to shotguns made it so my raven can hit snipers), I used to bring a Joceline with Slugs named "Thanatos 50Cal" with me to heists with snipers, worked like a dream against em and shields.

It's good for clearing out groups of normals and elites. On Mayhem/Deathwish the only thing that really saves it is its high rate of fire, because it can take like 5 shots to kill a cloaker.

But there's just.. not very many good main shotguns to pair with the arbiter. Jocelin/Mosconi can't use the leveler barrel extension so my only options to try and get that flat/wide spread are the reinfield, raven, and breaker. The other shotguns aren't even worth mentioning.

The Reinfield and Raven might have double the damage but they fire at 1/3 of the rate. I haven't really given the breaker a really good chance yet, because I worry about its small ammo pool while I'm already using a grenade launcher as my other weapon.

Because my secondary is a grenade launcher. I don't need a niche weapon that only works close up, I need something flexible with a good ammo pool.

A shotgun works out well because I can kill multiple things with 1 shot and have a higher chance of getting more grenade rounds to keep things going.

Slight upgrade but I doubt I"ll be buying the dlc, partly because my friends hate me hosting because I'm west coast and they're east coast (it's hard for me to actively participate in some stealth missions with them because of that, 150 ping with them as host results in me being caught even though on my screen the guard was looking the opposite direction, etc)

Well, i personally haven't found myself taking both at the same heist, but when i play a heist that i have to take a saw( which are basically all the bank heists with deposit boxes),by taking portable saw aced and extra lead aced, i can open all the things that need sawing with only one of my ammo bags.
All you need is knowing where to saw, to spend the less durability.

Ammo's such a non-issue if you have Portable Saw aced, there isn't a heist where you need two fully upgraded ammo bags to saw open everything unless you use it inefficiently (holding it down instead of tapping it). You could even ace Bullet Storm and then refill your ammo with just a little bit of durability left on the last sawblade to go to town for 15 seconds without having to worry about wasted ammo.

For my "What are doors?" Skill Set I have Jack-Of-All-Trades aced with C4 as the primary and ammo as the secondary, and all saw, c4, and drill related skills aced. It's enough to demolish any door or safe that I run into.

I started playing around shadow raid patch and sometimes I got really confused when people were complaining about no warning 10 second bs flash, because I just got used to random PWEEEEEE--s.
Now when the warning are here, I find it a massive chore to first locate the grenade, then look away from it, the wait 2 more seconds of white screen because if you get flashed in the back of your head that still counts while hearing beeps every 15 seconds

Hoxton breakout day 1, you can get 2 ATM's and the doors can be C4'ed (or sawed), 4 stores if you're going loud on overkill or below because there are also ATM's (that stop appearing on Mayhem) and safes that can be blown with C4. Mallcrasher again, ATM's and safes.

It's pretty niche. Usually one or the other will suffice, and for those times when there's only 2 ATM's, if you can convince two people in the group to bring an ECM or 1 person to bring 2, no saw needed.

friends of mine are all hardcore M308 dick suckers and whenever I said the AMR-16 was better they point out that the M308 can get 100 stability, because when they fight dozers with their assault rifle they switch it to full auto on their face plate.

In this situation, you'd just have to be really careful about single clicking and never hold down the left click unless fighting a dozer.

Safes drop exactly one every 7 days, and sell for like 50 cents pre-tax.

A month would get you 4 safes, so that's $2, and even with PD2 at its cheapest of -75% off, that is not a month, that's several months just to break even.

And then you can make a great profit of $2/month per account and if Valve decides it doesn't like your botnet army, they will just VAC ban / terminate the accounts and now you're shit out of luck and money.

Also if you're dumping enough safes to make a profit, the excessive quantities will also drop the prices in the market so your margins per week will drop too. And this is assuming people bother to buy safes. Everybody wants to sell their safes/skins because Payday 2 skins have zero value or worth outside of legendaries. Nobody actually wants to buy the f2p safes anyway.


And if you decide to open the safes to dump skins instead, you are going to do something the Russians have done at least 4 times in a row now with each free achievement safe that came out before Update 100. They did it with the FWB Safes, with the Slaughter Safes (which caused OVK to kill off Slaughter Safes early), with the Xmas Safes, and then most notably, the Goat Safes because those Goat Safes came out on the tail of a free weekend.

Get rich quick schemes never work and/or last long.

That's what i've heard "from the office" anyway but it's nothing confirmed from me. That future reboot/remake for scarface seems to be waaay in the future so it won't be for that.
