You can go try.

Catching a guard with their pants down doesn't allow you instant domination in stealth anymore.

If they even take like 1 point of damage, they'll probably surrender immediately (this is why grabbing Jokers is easy in OD) but if you're in stealth, trying to hurt them and then dominating is going to be hard without setting off the entire map.

Broomstick is a fine 80 damage pistol, it's long barrel makes it a bronco-tier weapon with less bullets but a better RoF and clip. Accuracy is discutable but there are dozens of skills fixing it so who cares.

GSPS is grabbing a bit the judge's ass, making it a superior shotgun for loud scenarios and even stealth or SB/LB build if you think 26 concealment is fine.
