I play ranger, i'm higher level atm and I almost never leave awakening now when farming because of the superior damage. It is a lot more involving than bow stance was too, I wouldn't say it's super relaxed or autopilot anymore like bowstance was. I can of course go to bow stance if I feel lazy, but I will definitely be farming at a slower rate.

Well its fine if you can manage zone out when you want, i just got warred because i saw some videos of people farming and they where swapping bow to dagger like crazy

Can somebody explain the gearing/leveling at endgame for this game? It's so difficult to find an honest explanation of it. It seems like it's completely endless, and you're constantly racing against everybody else grinding hella crazy just to keep up competitively. Is this true? Or is it more relaxed once you get to a certain threshold? I don't mind grinding, when there's very specific and temporary objectives to grind for. But just endless grinding with no end in sight seems depressing.

is pvp still enabled past 45? or do you have to do the lvl 50 quest to enable pvp like in Korea?

Endgame is literally what it is in every MMO, repeating the same thing to get better stats whether it be instances in themepark games or grinding spots and OW PvP in this game. You're pretty much going to be leveling and killing shit or doing life skills until you tri all your gear and maybe duo a few decent accessories. Tri is the soft cap. Beyond Tri you have to do exponentially more grinding for minimal gains.

I backtracked what I needed and just got the first of the CO-OP quests I was missing. Did it real fast, and black spirit offered me the quest again like I was a low level.

Even easier to speed through at level 50 than level 15.

how do you guys manage gear on your alts?

I have a "main" at 56, with shit gear and just a decent awakening weapon, and like other 5 alts around 50 with basically nothing, just trading the kaia weapon when I play each of them.... I have around 50m-60m in cash across various cities, and another 20-30 in materials, and some extra shit from lauren boxes.

I'm not sure that my 56 will be my main, that's why I haven't upgraded him more. Should I be getting each alt an okish main weapon so I don't need to keep rotating kaia weapons? or invest in a +15 set of armor and still keep rotating that armor across all characters? Do you usually fully gear all your alts?

There are a lot of shit to do and everything you do matters, fishing, crafting gathering etc, you can make big money and that actually can translate to real power,
if doing those things and grinding small monsters is your thing this game is great, what i mean is that in most mmos that i play, wow, ffxiv etc i like doing all those things but they never feel truly rewarding,

I'm level 40 and doing fuck-all damage with a 50 AP Yuria staff. It's taking me five minutes to kill shit the internet's saying I should be able to farm.

Max residual lightning, and magic arrow, group a bunch of mobs with MA and rape them with residual lightning, I got to 45 literally doing that with shitty quest weapon, then you get a kaia blade and it's even more of a cakewalk.

I usually get to 41-42 on Caphras Cave, after that I move to chimeras until 45-47, then literally anything you want.

like, iron ore is only offered in a few places. one of those places is in the north heidel quarry.
if you want a worker from heidel to gather iron ore from there, you need to spend CP to 'acquire' the nodes connecting heidel to and including north heidel quarry.

then you need to invest another point of cp into the iron ore mining node within the north heidel quarry mining node. then you can click it, tell your worker to go mine there

i *THINK* if you log off, they will continue to finish whatever is their current work, but they won't repeat it, even if they still have stamina left.

I say this because i typically log in right after maintenance to a whle bunch of mats gathered messages popping up, and checking worker screen shows that they all started work at the exact same time (roughly when i logged in)
