That's a pretty bad error even for that wiki.
The business card you get from Sae is her own. Since she decided to become a lawyer instead of a prosecutor, she crossed out "prosecutor" and wrote "lawyer" instead. It's kind of weird that it doesn't do anything even though every other item you get on the last day does, but her co-op doesn't give any special abilities (outside of the 真なる正義, which has a description that's nothing but question marks but just seems to be there as a way to show you passed the BE1 check), so there's nothing it could do anyway (the other items all let you carry over some of the bonuses from their respective co-op).

Same age, similar looks, character arcs that deal with similar stuff (though things turned out a lot worse for Goro than for Ken), they're even both honor students and have a bit in common personalities-wise. I'm honestly surprised there's only been a few fanworks for them so far. IIRC, the artist that drew >>162478828 even pointed out how since Goro's spent a large part of his life being moved from place to place after his mother's death, they could've lived in the same area (and could've even attended Gekkoukan Elementary at the same time).
Maybe they'll get more if Ken gets to show up in P5A or something. Would be nice to see them interact in canon too.

Ken just wasn't a sympathetic character compared to Shinji. I imagine that Atlus assumed everyone would automatically feel bad for Ken because he's an orphaned kid, but not only was he plotting to kill a character who was more popular than him, what happened to Ken's mom was an accident, Shinji was super remorseful about it, and he died for Ken in the end. Most fans feel Shinji was more noble and more than paid the price for his mistakes. Contrast that with Ken being immature and thinking that it would solve something if he killed Shinji, then afterward the game doesn't do anything with him really. Even the surprise of a kid wanting to murder somebody wasn't worth Ken coming off as nothing but a brat.

That's how I feel about it too. Even if you're not fond of a character, they can still work as part of an interesting dynamic (and that might even make that character grow on you in turn), and there's definitely a lot of potential with those two. Hopefully someone'll decide to play around with that someday, even if it's just in a Pixiv fanfic or something.
