if you have a really fucking good nvidia gpu instead, set it to nvidia NVENC. set the max bitrate to something around 60,000
click on video and set to your base resoultion and set fps to 120, 60, or 30.

now that is what to use for just recording gameplay

for streaming set it to x264 instead of nvidia and lower the bitrate. it will tell you depending on where you stream to (twitch for ex) what settings to best have

Depends on how much of a fight we put up. If we have a hanzo, mercy, roadhog solo tank and worthless dps, then I get frustrated. But if we actually care about our comp, take considerations for teammates' picks, and work together, then I don't mind. No one likes losing, but it's better to be outplayed by the other team than lose to something you have no control over.

Just make sure your bitrate is set to 50 Mbps in the settings. The artifacting is unnoticeable, unless you work with video a lot and know what to look for.

For Bastion, he should be able to heal while moving in Recon mode. He'll still be interrupted if he takes a single point of damage while healing, so it's fair.

Rather than making it harder to escape and reposition while setup, you should do the opposite for good players. I recommend bringing back his beta barrier (pic related), but put it on RMB with a 1 second duration and 200 hp. This lets you block an incoming rocket or sleep dart and gives you time to leg it.

Inconsistency is the main issue of Roadhogs hook. It's all over the fucking place.
It can hook you in some seriously bullshit ways but it can also sometimes pull you to the side of hog or above him, or in Ana's case far enough away from hog to where he can't kill you

There's are a few things they can do to fix it without upsetting the balance.
- increase reliability of kill after successful hook on up to 250 hp targets, without melee combo
- dislodge hook if there's too much obstructions or resistance to pull in

Every hero who offers 0 (zero) counterplay not only are design failure, but should have a very limited impact, and this is what they did when they nerfed Symmetra shield to +25 and this is what his healing aura does. 12.5 hp /sec has limited impact.
The impact of his speed boost, on the other hand is beyond ridiculous. For comparaison, the Scout in TF2 move at 133%. I can tell you that if a class in TF2 could make all of his teammates move at 130%, he would have been picked 100% of the time too.
And if you are stupid enough to believe his pickrate would drop with other heroes increasing speed, you are retarded. To compete against Lucio team wide speed boost, a hero that can boost only one hero would probably not be picked even if he could increase one teammate by +200%.

I wish there was a ranged character with a railgun, not a sniper, but a large slowfiring hitscan that goes through walls/barriers and deals bonus damage to armor. Would be extremely inefficient against characters like reaper or tracer and can't OHK, but a side arm or ability to not completely make the character dead weight against them if played well.
