The Kos Parasite has low AR, but high attack modifiers.

1 Cold Radial from Pthumeru Elder, 1 23.1%+15 Arc Radial from Bone Ash Hunters in Isz, and a 27.2% Arc Triangle from Isz Watchers. Parasite has huge modifiers, so don't worry about the low AR. Don't use Flats unless you're only going for the L2 explosion for higher damage.

Actually if you're going for Kos Fist, Flat Arcane would be ideal. Should've also mentioned that, Arcane%+Flat Arc is kinda rare. The damage isn't amazing but it's something, it's best if it was against lower levels or you used Hunter Tools as well.

If you want to do that, then just farm some Brainsucker gems from Isz (boss version) and Pthumeru (mob version). These make your fists do somewhat decent damage, it's crap compared to any other weapon, but it can be hilarious in invasions if the opponent thinks you are wanting a regular fistfight.

Also I'm pretty sure if you go absolutely full Korean and farm a Brainsucker gem with ~10% Arcane as the primary and 67.5 flat as the secondary instead of a radial cold abyysal, it will do slightly more damage on all attacks. But getting Arcane as a primary effect in Pthumeru is rarer than an offshape gem.

Base stats Wheel (20/12/10 Str/Skl/Arc) will do great damage with the tricked multi-hits if you use Flat Arcane gems, so you don't have to invest high in Arc with those gems. The Uncanny version is ideal, so you don't have to kill Alfred unless you want to use the Wheel early. Killing him the first time seeing him wont drop the badge, only after he's moved.

The normal Wheel has a Waning slot which for the most part is useless since Flat Arc is common in Radials and Triangles. Those gems require finishing dungeons though.

I wonder what the religion of Yharnam was before the Healing Church, before the city was called Yharnam. It was probably a medieval town, built around or near Cainhurst, the ruling nobility of the town. The Fishing Hamlet probably lay, at one time, maybe a mile or so away from town. And under it all, a land riddled with Pthumerian ruins, filled with monsters and nameless truths.

I imagine, too, there were probably other schools and colleges like Byrgenwerth, but they, maybe due to their location so near the town or by the lake or near the Pthumerian Labyrinths, got the headstart and plunged the town into an Enlightenment. All those resources and all that power and understanding plundered from the Pthumerian civilization was used to build up the town and the college, and the new city was christened Yharnam, in tribute to the name of some ancient monarch whose people inadvertently helped foster the town.

Then Kos washed up on the Fishing Hamlet beach, and potential centuries pass as the Healing Church administer their very real faith to the people, rise to the top of society, take out their old nobility who pose a threat to their dominance, and Yharnam grows with the Church. I think maybe the Church fostered a syncretic system of the old faith and the new faith they discovered underground.

One has to wonder just what weekly services are like in Yharnam, what are the prayers and services rendered in places like Oedon Chapel?

The area up there is called The Orphanage. I'm pretty sure those things are birthed from human women, experiments by the Choir possibly to create an endless supply to blood, or to evolve humanity, or dredged up from Isz. Unlock your camera, pick a weapon with a good rolling attack (because that's all you're ever gonna hit him with) and roll between the legs so you're standing by his tail.
