I'm in the process of trying to determine that myself. I have a max level tier 3 defender and striker.
Striker does roughly double damage and the defender takes 43 damage from an attack that does 75(?) on my Striker. Not entirely sure how it works but Strikers do have fairly high vitality already, like 55 compared to 95.

I think the question is how tanky tier 4 enemies are but in the end Striker probably reigns supreme especially if you keep life mushrooms on you.

It's not that bad. If you were able to choose when to fight them, the game would be too easy. The only problem is low level characters. If you notice whenever you fight a real player hater they are way, way easier. The dev ones are crazy and they blatantly know whats OP.

Don't lock on him. bait him into the one two combo and get a hit behind him when he finishes, the entire fight is similar to Coen but with fucking wider attacks and a gunshot attack thats easy to dodge.

I wouldn't recommend dodging, just run behind him, get a heavy punch or something after he misses and survive.
