I think he's better on defense on attack for one main reason. On defense you can wait near a flanking entrance and pick off genjis, tracers, and pretty much anything else that tries to push behind your team. If you land the hook, you instakill them and they get no ult charge. On attack you're more vulnerable because you're the one pushing them.

I would be a little more cautious with the charges though, don't charge if you know you'll be in a bad position at the end of it, where the enemy team can easily punish you. A lot of these statistics are on the Wiki, but not all, I would do some testing on the Practice range of I were you, the meters in-game are easy to convert to raw numbers, and the math isn't too difficult.

Her drop(Call Mech?) has no falloff, you're either in the AoE or not. If you're talking about her Ult, the falloff is on the Wiki.

All maps have a invisible ceiling. Where it is varies slightly across each map, but it is at the same height throught a single map.

Her Ult trajectory is identical to you using your boost without moving your mouse. To simulate an arc just boost where you'd like to throw your Ult and see where you land.

I don't know the exact numbers the Ult chargerate looks something like this: damage dealt * (some modifier) + passive chargerate. Headshot's aren't special in the equation, they just deal double damage. I'm not sure if absorbing damage with her Defense Matrix also affects her charge rate.

As I stated earlier how you travel when you boost and how the Ult travels when you boost is identical as long as you don't move your mouse or press any movement keys as you fall, so having your Ult isn't 100% necessary to practice.

Envyus won 4-0 against Afreeca Freecs, the other half of the bracket was weaker overall so them winning the grand finals wasn't surprising. While you don't need to aim much with Winston, he requires a good judgement to use properly + you need to know the range of his gun. Even Reapers are not that much of an issue in 1v1 situations, just play around your shield and you can force Reaper to retreat or even kill him in most cases. Just don't jump into enemy team and expect to kill them all solo, you'll die literally in one second.

1. I personally suck at competitive reinhardt
2. Everything feels like it's about Reinhardt at my skill level, and having a better Reinhardt is significantly more value than having a better Soldier:76 or something.

I think the big issue for Reinhardt mains is that knowing perfect positioning is actually not easy and there's no guide, but it has a massive impact on the game. There's also the issue that, especially as you go lower in skill ranks, the less the rest of the team understands what your actual role is and how to make use of Reinhardt (ie. not standing behind your shield).

Before anyone screams OP, Ana has turned healing so OP that we need a support hero to do for DPS classes what Ana has done for Tanks. It doesn’t make sense that you need an Ana to counter another team running an Ana. And before anyone screams that this turns S76 into more of a monster than before, it justifies picking Mercy because she’s just dead weight otherwise, you have to have a reason to pick Mercy over Ana, and no Res isn’t good enough.

Mercy is always near somebody else, that’s why she has guardian angel. So here’s a fun idea. Why not have mercy’s blaster do +5 damage for every team member in a 5 meter radius? It’s hardly OP when every other support hero can defend themselves just fine against divers.

Assuming her PTR changes go live, all she needs is a slower moving barrier and she’s fine.

All of the tanks are fine as they are, assuming Blizzard goes through with Roadhog’s hook hitbox fixes. All the offense heroes except Reaper and Pharah are also fine as they are. Mei and Widow are the only defense heroes who are perfectly fine as they are.

People who can't aim for shit will still do shit even with Winston. The worse you track, the less damage you do, particularly for close ranged fast moving targets like Tracer and Genji. Remember Winston's attack is a cone, so it's harder to hit the closer you are to the target.

Reaper as he is now is deterred to hard by the prevalence of D.Va, Soldier76 also pretty much outclasses him as a tank buster. Reaper’s fix is simple.

Halve the amount of pellets per shot, but double the damage of each pellet. He’s better at dealing with tanks with armor this way, but Soldier is still better at breaking barriers.

Reaper’s shadow step is currently useless. Either make it instant or make him completely silent and invisible while using it.

Also turn his wraith form so that you can control when you can cancel it. This way he can dance and fight toe to toe against D.Va and her defense matrix. D.Va herself is fine currently, but she just counters too many DPS heroes.

Either make her fall or rise faster so that she has more vertical speed when being gunned at.
Pharah is one of those heroes that are hard to modify without making her extremely OP. Just making her rockets travel a little bit faster would work too.

Either make him capable of throwing more than 1 steel trap, or make his traps invisible. Right now, Mei is just so much better than Junkrat at holding positions.

Also he needs a way to be a little more usable when put in wide open spaces. If you hold the left click for 3 seconds or more, you can fire a faster travelling bomb that explodes upon impact without bouncing. This does the same 120 damage but uses 2 bullets.

Hanzo is in a funny situation because he’s outclassed as a sniper and outlclassed at dominating corners and chokepoints.

The best I can think of is to make dragon arrow travel faster or to give him double jump just like Genji.

The massivest buffs of them all.
His Turrets no longer need to be upgraded. The level 2 Turret is the base turret, but it has 150 hp. Torb now heals 30hp of his turret’s hp per swing, but the upper limit is raised to 500. Using Molten Core adds the rockets as usual, but gives +300 Armor to his turret instead of fully healing it to 800 like before.

Torb also now has the ability to pick up his turret and place it somewhere else.

Another hero that’s hard to alter without making him too op. I say bring back his shield from beta, but instead of blocking damage, it just halves all incoming damage.

Also give Bastion the ability to rocket forward when transforming out of his turret mode.
