Paradox Luka is Big Boss. He fights his enemies, then recruits them, makes them fight for him and brainwashes them into liking him. Luka even has a Motherbase! He was greatly influenced by his parental figure (though unlike Big Boss, it was his actual father) to carry out his mission in the world. Marcellus plays the roles of The Boss and Venom at the same time. The enemies Luka fights think that they are the good guys and that they just do the necessary evil. He also has his own Paz in the party - Sonya, a useless and suspicious young girl that will inevitably betray Luka once the time is right.

The ones I don't get are the people who have things like Madame Umbrella, Chimera Prison, and Yomotsu-Shikome more than a few slots from the bottom.

I put Kitsu below them out of spite, makes sense. But who the fuck actually rates multiple girls legitimately (not specific ones out of spite) below a literal human face on a tentacle pile, a cage with no body to sex, and an almost shapeless pile of wet hair.

The Zombie Dragon Girl design is pretty terrible, but then someone told me about the h-scene, and that h-scene is great.

I like Chimera Chariot as a joke, it's basically a meta-level joke on Setouichi's same-faceness. But his original designs for Chariot and basic Dragon Girl were actually really good.

You can always use Thief and Mercantile skills and habilities with her trait, and she has good affinities for using magic in general, which makes her even more valuable.

I eventually duplicated them after manually farming enough for all the job unlocks and Queen without realizing there were another 20ish around the world in various boxes and pots and shelves.

It's just under the assumption that, if you were legit farming part 1, it's very likely to involve either the labyrinth or the final dungeon basement with the Mimics and Honeypots (since they can drop job exp seeds as well).

Basically I'm just saying Vanilla can't use the best armor right now.

Agility and Dex usually matter the most, and Genji Armor and Gaia Robe are lacking in those. One of the biggest handicaps Honeypot has is being stuck on Gaia Robe.

Doing better on this playthrough, especially when I realized that later recruits have more jobs mastered right off the bat. I'm running Sylph as my thief, which is great since she had thief mastered plus some other jobs which makes her useful, but her HP is terrible. Should I drop Alice and Sonya? Promestein's healing is just as good (if not better), but I want to make Alice take the King job.

Dexterity powers Geyser, that bypasses physical and magical reflections and immunities, and the Water element provides stable damage against almost everything.

You can do some cute things with high Atk/Mag and some available multi-hit skills, but nothing I've seen that handles everything nearly as well as Geyser does.

I'm just thinking of reliable ways to deal with superbosses you don't know of in advance.

Depends on the enemy.
On a Morrigan or Alice or Sphinx, like 40k crits.
On Lucifina... like 16k crits, both because her resistances are bonkers and Angel Slayer is not Job-accessible yet.

Keep in mind I'm using NO stat seeds, because those basically have no limit and it's practically cheating to an extent I'm not comfortable with. I don't mind duping exp or item drops to bypass grinding after all the hours I'd already grinded, but I'm not going to obsolete the entire game by just cramming someone so full of stat seeds that they can brute force through anyone.

Thus my Dex is usually low 600s.

okay. well comparing it to no seeds is kind of unfair, but my bunni does like 90k * 16 (physical) and fairies do 200k * 2
on 100% resistence targets. I would guess bunni had around 50 attack seeds and fairies 100 magic seeds.
attack just scales so crazy with power charge and focused spirit and magic with conversion ring and magic converter (both +50 magic)

Attack has the possibility for 4 selfbuffs, while all other stats have only 1 or 2.

She's pretty in the dark unless you mean how they operate.
It probably has to do with her being fucking ancient, she's thousands of years old as opposed to Alice who is 18 or something.
She doesn't seem to understand what a tartarus actually is until she walks out into Remina where she understands it's apostosis and chaos corruption.
As to why she knows what those two are, considering that Apostosis is the world's self-defense mechanism it seems fitting a divine entity would know about it, and Chaos is Light+Dark energy as one, not just a weird mix, so I imagine that her, being the ultimate light, knows a little about that.

You can't just compare powerlevels like that. Alma Elma is also more or less just as strong as Granberia, and yet she can defeat her anytime she wants. There's also a big chance Minagi alone can defeat Ilias with nothing but speed and pleasure attacks since angels are weak to pleasure, even if Ilias is stronger than her.

All angels are tangible in Paradox because of the holy mana in the air.
