It's not even greedy. It's more aggressive than most, I thought. I wanted to make something where Solia could get tempo value with Kazak/Flamestrike/Firelands, so those are my only high end cards besides Ragnaros and Pyroblast.

I've beaten Lock/Priests before they could Reno, and it does pretty well against aggro since it's so early game heavy, relying on the discover cards for control matchups, but that Warlock had Reno on 6 so he drew the game out for 20 more minutes than it needed to be.

I'm not mad about midrange Shaman. I'm mad that they made the best Jade archetype druid by such an insane margin. The whole point of the Jade decks is to cycle through as fast as possible and get huge Jades out quick, which Druid can do while cycling and ramping and it LITERALLY CANNOT LOSE drawn out games because infinite value idol.

Rogue can cycle quickly, but has no finishing power unless you're playing the pirate combo and even under perfect conditions only get golems up to ~12, which can be answered by control/reno decks that Jade is supposed to counter. It'll only get worse when Raptors cycle out.

Shaman's cards are so shit compared to Rogue and Druid's that it's not even comparable, but midrange Shaman's cards are so strong that it can win anyway. Jade is just holding you back if you're playing with it as Shaman.

I agree, I don't even understand what the point is of adding Jade cards to other classes when there is one that outperforms it by such a wide margin there is no point to play anything but Druid.

The Jade Idol card is problematic in itself, there shouldn't exist cards that have the potential to give infinite value. Unless Jade Idol is changed I can't see control decks or slower midrange decks ever being viable.

It's a proactive deck, so make sure you can predict when the jade druid is going to play his first idol. If you can predict when, then you can play counterspell the turn before and you auto-win. I've had jade druids immediately concede when their idol got counterspelled.

Other than that, it plays the way it looks. Nothing really to worry about. Against aggro decks like pirate warrior, you should mulligan for ice barrier because that 8 armor is what you need to stall for more removal so you can win the joust.

What's the difference between Reno mage and freeze mage

Grind out the opponent with polymorphs and Kazakus Spells

Against priests I consistently play 3 Kazakus spells which is usually enough to win the game and run them out of cards since it's hard to fatigue with torch + manic soulcaster

Dragon Priest vs. Jade Druid isn't too bad since everyone is running the Reno Jackson/Kazakus build, like 2/3rds of Dragon Priests cards are board wipes or single minion destruction.
