Soldier is the best character in the game right now. There's pretty much no situation he's bad in. He shits out an absurd amount of damage, is hitscan so he can blow Pharah out, is self sustaining with his healing zone and can burst down targets in under a second with a single headshot + helix rocket.

Every single team should have a Soldier, there is literally no reason to pick any other DPS ahead of him

Same experience only with d.va. every time her mech got destroyed and yes I mean every single fucking time she ran all the way back to spawn until her ult charged enough to call another. Didn't shoot to get it faster. I asked her why. She says she didn't want to ruin her kd. Also she ran away from most fights no matter what if she dropped to less than 300 health I'm guessing. Anytime I saw her go below half her health she was boosting away. Infinite fired from distance too to get a single hit on an enemy just so they got a elim. Not close range like d.VA should be.

Tried that the first half of the match. They all kept dying; and I'd only charge after my shield would crack. Nobody else would go for the point, they'd try to have a firefight in the chokepoint. Closest we got was when our Lucio and DVA ulted at the same time, and even then 4 other people on the team died, and we didn't even get past the first notch on the point.
