It's ok. I mean it is free now so even if you get some enjoyment out of it, its worth it. And if not it at least did not cost you any money.
It's not the perfect game by far, but it is a fun little game that you can play whenever and not have to worry about being scared, except in Update 2 and maybe Update 3 when Scott gets around to doing it. Update 2 is defiantly the highlight of the game though, if this is also being remade for consoles, Scott should seriously take notes from how he did Update 2 and apply it to the rest of the game.

Well to understand the clusterfuck of things I'm about to say that you'll swear I'm making up, you need to understand one thing first: SL exists to invalidate the conclusion FNAF4 met, which was that all the games were a coma dream. Scott dropped a shit ton of hints this was the true case, there were no toy bots, no purple killer, it was the worst ending ever and no one was happy.

SO SL came along and has now made all the events of the first three games matter again, but in a way that makes sense in a timeline through a series of herculean asspulls. The FNAF4 kid is possibly William Afton's son, and is being used in Mengele style experiments, the nightmare bots are implied to be real or hallucinations. Mike Schmidt is Afton's father who may or may not look a lot like him and be the one the kid ghosts from FNAF2 springtrapped mistaking him for William, which is why the Springtrap you fend off in 3 has guts, if it was William, who was scooped, he'd have no guts. William was scooped, and his skin rotted away to the point that Ennard and the SL crew couldn't keep their hive mind in him so Ennard ditched him to go into hiding. Baby stayed with William, promising that even without organs he wouldn't die, and he is alive again, presumably to do his Purple killings and giving the Puppet life and shit. Also he's LITERALLY purple because his skin has dried and rotted, which is either incredibly retarded or kinda clever.

Also despite being a husked out corpse, he's still kept his job as CEO at Afton Robotics. He's William Afton, man, and he's to confuse the HELL out of you.

Sure, I'll give you a quickie summary.

The Bite you heard about in the first game happened at the end of FNAF 2, where your character gets replaced with another guard. The incident you see in FNAF 4 is supposed to imply that all of FNAF was a coma dream but NOBODY, not even the autistic youtuber fanbase was a fan of this.

Sister Location is a walkback from FNAF 4, with the revelation that the series was anything but a dream. It also introduces science-fiction elements with the creation of a robot that hollows your character out and wears them like a skinsuit at the end of the game. It'd be fine and dandy if the game ended there, but the new ending added to the game reveals that at some point Ennard ditched your character's body, but your character is still alive and able to walk around even after having his insides scooped out and lived inside.

The even bigger kick in the dick is that a man named "Michael" is coming after Purple, who at this point is named William Afton and the father of Michael. Michael might be the character you play as in Sister Location while William is the man who got stuck inside Springtrap or it's vise versa, literally nobody knows at this point, not even Scott.

If it helps, Mizu posts stuff on the booru occasionally, and Twerp just did three drawings in the past couple weeks. QD did two drawings last week. BBGM is still the most active OCfag we have running the booru.

I would saw off a toe to have Vaw, Gud, Britfag, Hips, and especially Alekks and Bluescreened here regularly again. I'd miss Aardman more if he wasn't such a jerk in recalling us on his tumblr. At least he found some success though.

Phone Man references Fredbear's as being shut down for years, and the incident occurred while the robot was completely stationary.

Meanwhile, FNAF 2, which explicitly takes place in 198seven; involves animatronics that walk around in the daytime and grow increasingly aggressive as the game progresses, until an incident occurs that results in their destruction/ removal from the premises. It's more likely for this to be the Bite of 8seven then the incident in FNAF 4, which seems to take place in a different era for the company entirely.

As for the dream thing-

FNAF 1 wasn't a dream, but Scott was pretty clearly intending on FNAF 4 being the retcon of all retcons.

Looks flat from a lack of shading, eye pupils are too large and white, and the teeth too brightened compared to the rest of the image. But not the worst I've seen. It has decent perspective at the very least, though the ears should be larger as well as the cheeks.

Digital is a tough road regardless of what method you use. If you suck at digital and genuinely aren't bad at traditional, I would suggest simply stay drawing trad and taking pics with a smartphone or just scanning what you make.

If you still intend on going digital, I would strongly suggest investing in a tablet. Most go with Wacom, so a used one shouldn't cost you more than $50-70.

Nonetheless, as long as you actually show that you're improving in your work or ask for resources, you'll typically get warm responses to anything you post.
