But 343 campaigned on free DLC, every release of which would have resulted in a huge pushback if charged considering it has all been recycled assets, forged maps, and different colored weapons that hurt more/less.

Setting up terrain in Tidal takes a decent amount of budget for anything decently large. Many forgers have stated they would have preferred something like Forge Island in 4, which had tons of space, but also some set terrain.

The physics and game engine is tied to 60fps, to accommodate lower end video cards the PC version runs the engine at 60fps and only renders every other frame.
The Xbox One's resources other than gpu are too weak to support this technique for splitscreen.

Depends on what you consider "normal"

The average age of reported virginity loss in the US is 16.4 years old for men.
