Idea;
What if Riot gave dodge chances? Like you can have 2 or something dodges but after those chances are up then you start getting hit with the timers. In this way people that hold queues hostage have no power while also helping the flow of average queues not being so punishing to someone that dodges out of necessity. Yet the biggest irony for it has been that I've seen an increase in dodging. If anything autofill has caused more dodges and because of this the "shortening of time" is irrelevant. I main ADC and can say that the issue is that ADC has no variation in it's meta atm. That's why it's issue. It's in a good place though relative to the other classes. For example, twitch can position outside a team fight and do enough damage so by the time an assassin like zed or talon gets to him he's done his job. Or vayne can self peel pretty well against an assassin. Support itemization is also OP right now. They still have the same weaknesses though i.e. burst mage. Syndra, veigar, annie, lux, etc. It can be hard to play around that but there are a lot of assassins right now. It'll stay like that until people can fight out which assassins are the best and learn how to use them. I imagine when preseason is over people will discover the best katarina, ekko, fizz, and leblanc builds and they'll be the top mid lane assassins and actually be able to fuck all ads over. until then, they'll be in a good spot.

You get your damage, wave clear, and an extra source of damage when you decide to delete the enemy laner. You don't have to automatically make it into a hydra because you get the tiamat.

So i'm about to reach 30 lvl, and wanted to jump to ranked games.

But i think i need advice first.

So
a) i really can play only one champion (pic related), and somewhat can play Soraka, i tried to play Darius, and turnes out i'm really shit even after about 60-70 games.

b) how the Ranked games go in champion selection? is it like Normal draft where i can chouse 2 lanes? or is it like Normal blind?
