1, the guild is dying. ;_;
we lost Nainsell, he unsubbed and falaa who is our highest dps and raid leader wishes to unsub due to reasons i wont say but are very upsetting.
i mentioned just splitting up and people finding their own raids and everyone wanted to, nobody wants to stick together. we are actively seeking to replace a dps and a tank and might have to replace /wowg/ members with normal fags. people had asked me to in mumble, and i agree with it and it's a good idea.

as for the whole "muh circlejerk of raiders" that has some truth to it. the guild is very much active in the members that it has, but a lot of people don't talk in guild chat. i've personally messaged people to join us in mumble but people are all oh muh social anxiety. So we have created a group of 10-15 people who are alloud to raid. i've been trying to do a group 2 but not everyone in the first group has alts for it, so at the moment have to let people from the RIPIP in. ;_;

Well, obviously I can't speak for everyone but:
1. Poor class balance out of the gate and at raid release time
2. There is too much RNG. Some RNG is good, like drops, but RNG to drop and upgrade? There is just too much.
3. Mythic+ demands more than a handful of dungeons. It's extremely easy to get burnt out with this few to choose from. Granted, most of the dungeons are good but when you focus so much on them variety is needed.
4. I don't like the class design. When I roll a death knight I want 80% of the death knight skills and when I spec give me the other 20% of flavor skills. Don't make the difference between specs so huge it feels like a different class all together.

Those are the reasons I packed up my bags.

The class changes feel very amateurish. It's as if the developers don't actually play WoW. Rather, they got together and thought of random mechanics and just pooled them all and assigned them to classes. They thought, ''I'd like X class to have filler, buff, etc.'' and just called them things that fit with the class without really caring how it felt to play. Havoc/Demon Hunters in general are fun, but keeps getting nerfed.

Mages are fun enough, with a comfy class hall and Campaign, but stay away from Fire as the Nerfbat is coming down.

Dks and Warlocks have the best Class Campaigns and arguably Class Halls, but mechanically and numerically they're tied with Hunters as the worst classes in the game.

Shaman's funny, at least for Doomhammer.

Rogue's have a convenient class hall, and an okay campaign. Varying degrees of Nerfbeatings and Buffsalves though with every patch.

Warrior's kinda meh in everything. Same with Pallys.

Priests kinda suck on all fronts.

Druid's kind of eh, but comfy class Hall and convenience is there too.

Did I miss anything/any classes?

As a proud roleplaying Centaur of the Kolkar, I tend to interact with others rudely and abruptly. With no regard for personal space or common conversational conventions, I will bark out random grunts, phrases, or nonsensical rants against Cenarius when the situation likely does not call for it. Mean-spirited insults will be thrown at Night Elves, both for their reverence of a failed creature like Cenarius as well as their bond with the Tauren.

In regards to Tauren, deep-seated feelings of hostility are associated with them. However, as we cannot speak to players across faction without adding them to your RID list, it makes roleplaying difficult. Therefore I simply attack the player if possible. I would shout out war cries dedicated to my Khan and clan and hurl angry insults about having engaged forced sexual conquest of their mother, as the Centaur race is known for its dangly dongs flopping around wildly waiting for a female Tauren to show up nearby and be caught offguard. Orcs are dealt with in a similar fashion, only any forced sexual conquest will be focused on the male Orcs, as the female Orcs are too manly.

Keeping up with Warcraft lore, however, I am not unreasonable and can be bartered with if given the appropriate incentive. The centaur are a reasonable people, and we will pride ourselves on our ability to be reasonable as we engage in brutal genocide and mass-rape to protect our empire in Desolace.

There's no end in sight for your progression. In any other expansion you could just log on for raids and be competitive but now you have to log on each and every day and grind out at least a dozen or two M+ to try to get your legendaries (unless you were lucky) and artifact levels. And just when you thought you might be OK to slack off a bit when you got your 35th trait they're going to add another level to all your traits to grind out. You can bet they're going to add even more too, they won't let you finish your grind because it keeps you subscribed.
