its actually fun when its full, most often youll see cactus canyon in rotation but also other payload maps
when its sub 12 players, the game turns into vs engi bot mode, where all human players are placed on the blue team, and red team is filled to the brim with engineer bots

First toy was my Dead Presidents Brown Bomber I got for 24 keys

My second toy was a unusual Blighted Beak Nuts and Bolts I got on the cheap for 45$

Third and fourth was a australium medigun for 24 keys and a Pro KS kit for 75$ for it and a strange part: healing done for 3,55$

For specifics about my medigun, I chose a violet as the sheen and hypno eyes. Color theory states the complementary color to yellow/gold is purple/violet.

I recently started going on an unusual trader server and found this dude with this sick ass Scorching Flames Crone's Dome he was willing to trade for 500+ keys because he doesn't like the crone's and the effect

I think the fact that valve gives zero shits about gameplay or hats is what is killing trading as all the normies have moved onto games with actual updates.
Which makes me sad as valve has a hella strong cash cow that they have to do to keep going is accept some hats and maps every month or two and people would still play and give valve money.

I think they will fail to make Pyro competitively viable, and may make some nonsensical changes or changes that piss people off.

However, I'm pretty confident that they'll do some good bugfixing and maybe even replace flame particles with some other hit detection system.

But I also expect a bunch of stupid shit to be added. Expect weapons that make little to no sense (Now, with this new fireaxe, you can charge your mmph meter while you're ubercharged underwater!) or changes to existing weapons that target nobody who seriously plays the class.

Also another degreaser nerf. I'm convinced they're going to make the degreaser just as undesirable as the stock flamethrower. They may throw on a powerjack nerf while they're at it.

But I think Valve is trying to satiate the retarded SPUF side of the userbase who can't deal with W+M1 and don't know how to aim or backpedal, the sort who legitimately think Pyro is overpowered. So they are having trouble balancing the game for people who can and can't deal with Pyro.

I think the answer is to increase the effectiveness and difficulty to use of the Flamethrower.

Pyro have like 3-4 different roles in gameplay and like none of them are in the meta. Most well known perhaps protecting the sentry. Then rest go as flank, dive, ambush and that's it. They can't sweep like Scout and Soldier for pockets with that short range. Get that idea out of your mind.
I rather have those class metas polished before we have jetpack or airdash Pyros flying around. Best Valve can do is getting a closer reinspection on flame particles and try to repair or reinvent the system best they can and adding two-three new weapons, and they'd be even more gimmickier than what we have. They can tweak overall afterburn damage to be something good. If they follow sigsegv's advices and suggestions I believe they can fix the problem without having to reinvent the flamethrower particles.
