I just finished 1 and 2, and starting on 3 now. About 2/3 through the game by my estimations.
I have two questions:
1. What's up with all the religious symbolism? There's tons of Biblical references and spiritual stuff in the game.
2. Why do I have so many missions in 3? I can't keep track of them. The Journal is absolutely destroyed at this point.

The endings themselves aren't that bad, it's just the way bioware sets up how the choices are revealed to you that sucks major asscrack, I won't spoil anything for you, but there's some bullfuckery in the finals scenes, but I enjoyed seeing the cutscenes following your choice.
