Not really. Elana/Seraph, Face Dragon, and Control Sword are the only two decks that really beat Tempo Forest but even then the match-up's not too bad, depending on who goes first and who goes second. One of Tempo Forest's strengths is that it's very consistent and can win against almost anything with the right draws thanks to ridiculous roach combos and ancient elves and all that.

Just started playing and looking to start working on my first deck, the legendaries I have that arent neutral are:

Bloody Mary, Zirnitra, Moon Al-mi'raj, and Rose Queen.

Assuming I want to start my first deck off with a legendary in it which of these would be the best and worth starting with? I was thinking Haven or Forest looking at the cards and online some but I'm not sure.
