2 questions
If I have something like Uria, with 5 continuous traps in the grave, equipped with Rocket Hand and I then use RH's second effect to pop something, changing Uria's ATK to 0, what happens if I send another continuous trap to the grave? Does Uria's ATK becomes 1000 or 6000?

And if at the start of my turn I have no cards left in my deck, but have am able to resolve the effect of Tachyon Chaos Hole in my graveyard, do I lose due to not actually being able to conduct my Draw Phase, or can I activate TCH's grave effect instead to stay in the game for another turn?
