So trying to look close at the UI, it looks like for squad members there's an Asari, a Turian woman, a Krogan and one other

How is it that BioWare hasn't just fired and replaced their animation team by now? Every game they've made in the last decade has had notoriously poor, goofy and unnatural animations across the board.

It's one thing of you are a developer that isn't awfully worried about it, but if you are trying to make story-heavy cinematic games with tons of close up shots on your characters, you cannot be this fucking lazy with the animations.
