and well honestly prydaz I don't think is in too awful of a place unless mastery is trash for your spec the shield is pretty good to the point that it's middle-ish of the 8 available to most specs, cause honestly half of legendaries are basically useless, but I mean yeah, it's still not a dps buff

I mean honestly if defensive legendaries meant that having 5-10 of them across a raid meant you could drop a healer and 3 heal most shit, I'd be fine with them, but healing is usually about large bursts so they just don't do enough

He looks like a normal Draenei but is actually a half-demon half-titan.
Born to Sargeras and an unknown demon, he cast adrift in the great beyond when his planet was destroyed.
He went back in time and landed on Argus, growing up with Velen, Archimonde and Kil'jaeden as member of the triumvirate. When the demons attacked Argus he lost his memory while battling Sargeras and was left for dead but saved by Velen and escaped with him to Azeroth. Velen told everyone to pretend he was just a normal guy so he doesn't know of his history or position but remains in service to his great friend and mentor, Velen.
Sargeras is still trying to track him down as he is his son and this is actually the reason he is so interested in Azeroth.
Also his adoptive father died on Draenor when the orcs killed him or so he thought but actually he became a broken and followed Nobundo becoming a shaman. He thought his dad was dead so he went back to Outland to find his body but Nobundo said he survived but died later so he became a shaman to follow in his dad's footsteps becoming the best shaman in the world and in the universe killing even Archimonde with shaman powers.

ok yeah I do think keystone loot tables might be a bit too much for some of the 5 boss dungeons too and they could give more loot for being longer, yeah though I think my bigger thing is I just often have a mindset of I prolly wont get anything after passing gear to dps for so long that I'm numb and just try to focus on playing more

honestly though, hov just needs major nerfs though, the trash is the hardest, 2 of the bosses are fucking terrifying (hymdall and skovald), there was a nerf to shade of xavius recently, maybe we'll see similar ones to other tyrannical bosses that are clearly just out of fucking line

and leggos don't bother me too much outside of the few specs that completely need them instead of get a nice 5-10% boost from them like boomkin with the hat and 10k haste breakpoint and shadow (but I think a big part of that is I'm a healer and the best drood and shaman ones are still mediocre so I end up failing to understand the extent of that)

they've been working the last 2 xpacs to lower burst and improve sustained damage because blizz realized some specs like mop lock and arcane did half their damage over 6 minutes in the sixth of that time period, so just static stats are better as it isn't as important for most specs to get the big proc in your opener

other than that, it's just a lot of ranged/caster trinkets aren't that great right now, and there's not many good stat procs so you take your static best stat and just sit on it and the int and that's great

like the procs and on-uses on a lot of melee trinkets are actually good still and they use them

tl;dr: they're good because the whole overall powerlevel of most trinkets is lower in legion, although that powerlevel curve is slightly higher for melee

You have to realize that this system is, in effect, exactly the same shit, except you can't actively track your progress and you have no definite end point. You grind monotonous shit endlessly until you fill up your bar and get your Legendary. Except now it's worse, because half the specs in the game need specific Legendaries just to be functional at the most basic level. Sub Rogues are a great example, they're completely useless without Shadow Satyr's Walk.

Is not the same at all. In the WoD system you do your one raid a week. So like 45 minutes of LFR. Then you are done. You've done all you can to progress your legendary that week. At least with this system you have the option to nolife grind and try and get your legendary.

This system has the chance to award some soccer mom her BiS OP legendary from her first emissary crate, while some nerd grinding 100 M+s a week still doesnt have his. But on average the guys grinding 100 M+s a week will have way more legendaries than the casuals just doing emissary quests, so their chance of having 2 good legendaries is way higher.

I bought Legion 2 weeks ago and made a Demon Hunter as my main and holy fug I'm playing like 10+ hours a day. I'm 843 ilvl so far and haven't touched mythic or raiding yet (lfr doesn't count). Not sure how long I'm going to last. I feel like I may sub for 1 more month then quit again or level my 100 Warlock since they're so shit right now and there's tons of melee dps.

I'm playing on satellite internet, which means 600+ latency and get random lag spikes and disconnects (mostly between 10pm-2am CST), and I'm a little spooked about getting into raiding and mythic dungeons. Should I even bother trying to do mythic dungeons or raiding? I feel like I could fuck up runs if I were to DC. I DC'd during LFR Odyn once and I could have wiped the group if I were marked and DC'd. And that's just LFR.

I guess I could just do shit PvP, at least grind prestige and get 2k+ rating.

I thought I was going to have some issues but so far I haven't had any. When my ping is at it's best, which is 600-700, I have no problem at all. Only thing I've noticed in pugs is some fags can interrupt shit faster than me but in an organized group, with rotating interrupts, it shouldn't be an issue. Avoiding shit is easy since I can use rush/retreat as a crutch. Which isn't a big deal since I have momentum and would be using that anyways to throw glaive + fel barrage at range then rush back in.

It's partially that you're running with retards and partially that you're not used to Disc. Atonement is used for maintenance, you need to preempt AoE damage and hit Power Word: Radiance twice to get Atonement on everyone, then follow it up with Lights Wrath for a big AoE burst, then Penance. Don't be afraid to spam Shadowmend, it's the beefiest and most efficient "fast" heal out of all healers, it's as good as a Paladin's Flash of Light for less mana. Also don't be afraid to pop Power Word: Barrier the moment things seem like they could go South. Also Clarity of Will is really good in 5mans, since it lasts a full 20 seconds and you can stack two of them on one target.

Disc is probably the hardest healer, but it's completely viable and really fun.

What's the best leveling specc as warrior for 1-100 questing?
