No, I think it is the neb. Knowing Nexon the decent skill the neb enables is probably an entirely different skill ID but is really a copy pasted version of the decent skill from potential that has its own quirks because >nebulites

Since KMS has the decent skill that the potential line enables a fix for that is pretty easy. Since KMS doesn't have the neb version it's harder so they're putting it off. It's the only explanation that makes sense because there isn't a critical damage nebulite.

You can literally find the meso-purchaseable NX items in the normal game by doing daily bosses. Also, you can buy/sell cosmetics and equipment to fund yourself to do more things.

You do not HAVE to spend $$$ and have better range than Jesus. You can enjoy the game otherwise.
