You can engage people at long distances but only a shot or two at a time. You can also get window shooters from across the map if you already know exactly where they're going to be.

You can increase your odds of surviving mid-range encounters by mimicking your opponents stances. If they crouch, you crouch, if they stand, you stand. Nitro comes down to distance and how fast and well you can react to the audio cue and throw.

Close range with shields are kinda shit tho. The game might decide to fuck you over and let the enemy phase through you or some wonky melee hit boxes fuck you up.

I think Blitz's full blind range now is 5m or just slightly more? Should probably increase it to 7.5m maybe? Impartial blind above 7.5m and no effect at 10m?

They also need to remove his fucking earmuffs as a headshot-able area. For Montange, just give him a shield charge or bash when fully extended.

Also rapidly firing while transitioning into ADS should increase your change of getting off some accurate shots.

I can. Big stadiums have lots of rooms and hallways and stuff. The map could have a merchandise store, the VIP section of the stadium, trophy room, players dressing room, the hallways that lead to different places etc. Mix of very open spaces and then narrow hallways and also the open spaces have good cover in certain places so that the whole thing won't become a camp fest. Also enough hallways, ladders etc. that you don't have chokepoints.

We technically have two American forces with FBI and SEALS, but that doesn't mean that an American based organization couldn't pull from more American CTU/Special Forces.

Siege is like 50% information, 30% crosshair placement, and 20% aim. You need to use everything you have to find out where an enemy is and also try to think like them and predict what they're going to do. It will come to you over time, it's all about practice. You get 2 drones on attack, don't waste the first one in deployment, try to keep your drones alive, they're the most useful gadget you have on attack. Also a good idea is to watch popular youtubers and streamers and learn from how they play, that helped me a lot.

Unironically, Glaz is my most played ATKer. That's what I mean, they need to differentiate Glaz from other attackers with DMRs.

The whole "he can shoot through 2 walls and plane windows" doesn't make him wholly unique, neither does the flip scope.

Either they rework the damage falloff on DMRs or the OTs-03 to make it lethal at extreme ranges. The latter would be better.

Am I the only one who's happy with all 4 choices for Year 2 CTUs?

Spain's GEO seems to have a stupid good record with like only one casualty in 30 years and their loadout could be interesting, not to mention they have a lot of experience against groups like Al Qaeda, ETA and ISIS. Good looking uniform as well.

Hong Kong and South Korea seem like interesting choices and I look forward to their designs. Can't say much about them since I dunno how much terrorism they gotta deal with in Asia but since Hong Kong is basically in China I imagine they deal with plenty. Ubi did good shit with the japs so I imagine they're gonna make both of them look great.

GROM is GROM. They're based and the fact that they made it in is reason enough to be happy. Woulda sucked if they never got added.

It's easy to come up with different CTUs to replace either of the ones they chose but I guess there's no real way to please everyone, especially considering they're only adding 4 and they may as well experiment a bit. Regardless of where they're from I'm sure they'll be good shit in-game.
