survival is fucking broken for leveling in terms of damage but they're pretty lackluster at actual end game content. don't know if they'll get buffed next patch though.

rogue will always be a safe pick in terms of damage but they're pretty boring desu

enhancement is pretty exciting at first and they're really good, but somehow the rotation gets really annoying when you're getting unlucky with procs and got nothing to press.

frost DK is good right now, don't know if it's fun to play though

windwalker is good for M+ content but seems average for raiding, their toolset seems pretty cool though

arms warrior is good for single target but they're fucking boring to play

feral druid does amazing single target, but also incredibly gay to play and awful in dungeons

ret is OP atm but i don't know if they're fun. it looks like their rotation is extremely simple though.

If you're only interested in melee specs then you should probably just pick rogue so you have 3 different melee specs to choose from, but I'd personally prefer picking a more versatile class so you can swap roles if you get bored of melee

Each cast, which does more than FB anyways does 8 ticks (or 4 secs off of orbs CD)

Given that blizzard CD is based on Haste, with about 30% haste, every 6 secs you can reduce ORbs CD by 4 secs per target, now add in trash and shit son your killing that CD.

Add in the new legendary making Frozen Orb do 1200% aoe at the end of its duration you have a literally GS spike thats AOE every 30 or so seconds.

the relic system is flawed the same way the legendary system is. Way too fucking many relics, half of them become worthless compared to the best ones.

The absolute worst part is my spec's best relic does not drop from a single fucking raid boss, 0/10. So I have the pleasure running a million DHT M+ and hoping it drops AND titanforges, really sick system.

You missed the point. I play vengeance and having silence/vacuum chain/fear is amazing as well as the mobility and self-heal. Do DHs have the health and mitigation of a bear? No but DH playstyle is what we work with. Just like having a fuckton of health and armor/mitigation/reaction buttons is what bears have which is why they shouldn't get an aoe stun, utility sigils, silences, bubbles, stagger or consistent self healing since that's for other tanks. You get your class strengths, you also get your weaknesses and that's what they're going for. Similar to the TBC situation where warriors struggle more on AOE whereas paladins shine on AOE and bears have high armor/health.

I tried tanking with a bear and missed my sigils so much that I gave up. Bears are so strong for bosses because they're so basic. They have to choose and talent to have stun or charge. Their kit is just mitigation and reaction buttons out of the ass which is unfortunately the most important thing since bosses don't care about all the utility fluff they're immune to.
