Probably Giant Storm, even for PVP.

It is fast, powerful, reliable, looks really fucking cool, makes the target look like a small black figure from a distance and i always liked Nappa. I use it on my main preset and it goes amazingly well with Dodoria Headbutt.

I only have timeskip on the one preset, since it IS a pain to land and far too expensive for how little damage it does, should only cost 3 bars I think.

But, if you tag them, there's no escape, can't be vanished out of or evasived, so it's a guaranteed KO if they are almost dead.

How do you change directions with Punisher Drive? I see people turning to the sides when i try to side-step pretty often, but i can only go in a straight line.

Whats the best way to punish it? Even if i block, the final hit tags me anyway, and i can barely evade it because people will always chase me for ridiculous distances somehow.

Fair enough. The opponent being unable to escape it period is definetly nice, but it only ever hits during a Stamina Break, and even then, it can be tricky to land it outside of the break's stun animation.

Turns out it's a waste of time anyway, the CaC's combat stance doesn't play nice with the bone weights and the hair ends up distorted, so I had to just remove them. Unfortunately this means the hair does clip with the arm somewhat in some stances.

I think these hairs work pretty well as generic SSJ hairs for the long hairstyles, Gogeta would work pretty well as an SSJ2 of Goku to me.

For my female Ki-built Saiyan I'm a big fan of Final Flash and the two Destructo Disks. I know FF doesn't have the best damage but I love it anyway.

My striker Frieza's favorite thing to do is build a 16 hit combo and end it off with a Justice Combination thanks to its small startup and high damage, except when a cocksucking idiot knocks them out of the combo.

My ki-focused Majin Girl loves her some 4X Kamehameha, but usually Perfect Shot and Tribeam are solid replacements for an ult anyway. A fully charged Tribeam has retarded damage, and its drawback doesn't matter at all if it hits. Plus, it has a wide-ass hitbox at the back, which is nice. And Perfect Shot has great tracking and combos into itself, with some timing.

I'm still pretty early in getting into stuff but I can't ever take Darkness Rush (melee) off because it just feels right whenever you land it, bash the holy heck out of someone and then laser beam them off into the horizon.

It helps the laser eye shot has little rings bursting off from your face when the shot pews out. I love that thing.

There are four basic timelines, as DBZ works on multiverse theory

1: Trunks' native timeline. Androids arrive, Z-Fighters are slaughtered.
2: The divergent timeline where the Androids are defeated; this is our main timeline.

In addition, it's likely that Vegeta was never able to reach Super Saiyan in timeline 1 as he never saw Trunks do it, which seems to have been a driving force for him. That means in three of the four possible timelines, Cell is never Perfect, as the conditions aren't correct. In addition, in any other possible timelines where 16 was active but, for example, Vegeta wasn't able to go Super Saiyan or Piccolo never fused with Kami, Cell would have been defeated through some other means, or simply never existed at all.

TL;DR Perfect Cell is a historical anomaly that only ever appeared in one specific timeline and thus he could not be absorbed by Imperfect Cell.

Are you leveling up your attributes? Maybe you're underleveled. But the AI gets pretty strong later on and if they're locked onto you, don't expect them to just stand there when you throw out an ult; they will burst dash behind you and stamina break almost every time.

A Fridgeman who is a space racist for the reasons of preventing superpowered madmen from killing everything.

Basically he has an entire character arc where he goes from worshipping Frieza and Cooler, who he had only ever heard of through propaganda, for bringing peace to the universe, and hating the Saiyans for being violent spaceniggers. At the end he respects the Saiyan race, hates Frieza for being the very same type of superpowered madman he thought Goku was and blows him away with a Super Spirit Bomb.
