The real Shiva was never a god nor had special powers. She was just an Elezen that fell in love with a dragon and become a legend for being the shining example of dragon and man coexisting in harmony. Ysayle/Iceheart's transformation is a combination of the interpretation of years of storytelling about Shiva (which many Ishgardians also tied to Halone, a possible reason why many Ishgardians associate Shiva with the ice element, Ysayle included) and her own personal desires made manifest.

Ysayle used her gifts to become her image of Shiva to further her cause in hopes of bringing an end to the Dragonsong War and exposing the truths that Ishgard had hidden for many years (this was her belief anyway). She was far from without sin herself though as she used her abilities to become the figurehead of the Heretics and was willing to use force to spread her cause.

Either you're using mana draining moves/Dark Arts too often and/or you aren't using Blood Price or Blood Weapon often enough. I also wouldn't use both at the same time. When one is about to run out pop the other.

new player here about the hit my first job to 50 MNK. Dabbled in GSM and MIN to 20 and got LNC to 34 for Blood for blood since i heard i should probably do that.

Spam dungeons for your main class or do PotD.
Always do MSQ, you will eventually get under leveled to move on, A LOT in heavensward.

Blood Price and Blood Weapon work in Darkside. Also natural mana regen will overcomes the mana drain by a bit, but don't expect it to be great. Use Syphon Strike to gain more mp as well.
Grit sucks btw. Use it for now, but once you're higher level you'll want to learn how to play without using it as much or not at all.

Yup. It's the hottest meme in the game right now and it's pretty boring last I did it for the ilvl 235 weapon. I haven't touched it since the expansion so idk.
People say they're soloing it as tanks, dps, even healers but idk how that's possible and if it's good for xp. I also don't know how far they solo it up to but I believe you need a party no matter what for 51+.

IIRC it's best to skip everything in rooms if you just want XP and parties usually end up killing everything, thus why you may want to solo. However I don't see how people manage to kill the bosses every 10 floors if they solo/skip all of the rooms.

As I said, I DON'T know. I haven't been to PotD since the expansion, these are just things I've read from this general over time (which is a terrible source for information so take what I say with a grain of nut).
All I know is that at a certain floor in PotD you can't matchmake for a party anymore and you need to form your own via pf or if you have "friends".
