Before the nerfs, you could atlast annihilate people while on cooldowns, but now it's impossible to kill anything even if you pop every CD.

Everyone's got some sort of immunity or teleports or straight up retarded combination of absorbs and damage.

Just started an unholy death knight. Does Deathcoil continue to feel "in the way" later on? Right now it's so piddly it kind of feels like "Oh I have to stop DPSing for a few seconds to dump all this RP". It's especially annoying in AoE situations where I have no choice but to sit at full RP forever because there's no way I'm going to stop AoEing just to dump it on fucking nothing.

Makes me wish they'd bring back Unholy Blight as a toggled AoE DoT that consumes RP like Enhancement's Fury of Air.

It's entirely possible to Brewmaster to get and maintain 100% stagger for upwards of 20 seconds at the moment. Brewmaster is really strong since the 7.1 buffs, it's just most tanks are shitters who can't into actually having to pay attention to their secondary stats.
