My advice is to be patient and get dedicated to it, I met more than a couple people while grinding and they were all like "yeah let me you so we can kill them together sometime" but I never saw them again, I also saw a lot of people who would stand around for 5 minutes and leave. Sometimes they appear at the exact same minute you killed them an hour ago and sometimes they will respawn 5 or 10 minutes later, you just gotta wait.

In previous patches I'd probably warn you that Dump doesn't do enough content, that we're mostly a social guild. The social thing is still true, but Dump is doing a lot of content now, so not only are we a guild of people who actually take anyone who wants to go, but we're also doing several RMH runs a day. MT still does objectively more content but Dump right now is in a state where any new members can join and expect to benefit from both a casual environment if they want it or running hard dungeons if they want it and not having a hard time getting a group. The new dragon raid however is probably going to be something we don't get around to doing unless we get more people for it.

Also the whole hate against 4chan guilds is silly, Dump rarely gets people who treat 4chan like a sekrit club, everyone is genuinely 4chan and just likes being around likeminded people.

Hell no, it's gonna be full guild runs all the way. If you're a solo player, or a person with skill and gear in a guild full of people who play casually, then congratulations you're fucked. This month will see mid-level guilds bleeding their skilled players as they all leave for bigger guilds intent on doing a raid that'll be irrelevant in a few months when it's inevitably removed and replaced with something good.

Seriously, if your guild's got like a handful of skilled people and you have no plans in place right now for how to get the 30 man started, then you might as well say good bye to those players now, before they leave overnight to join a big impersonal PvE guild.

You say you're full Imperator and nobody in your guild runs hard stuff so I'm sure you made some aquaintances with people who can clear SSHM and RMHM. Especially if they're in bigger pve guilds you can ask to join their runs.

No matter what MMO, it's always a pain getting 30 fucking people to show up on the same time. Since it's the first day some of the bigger guilds will obviously have their people show up but spots will open up real quick as all the guilds will scramble for replacements. If you're a tank or a healer you shouldn't have too much of a problem.
