In the case of execute it outright cannot target heroes under any circumstances. If noggenfogger execute worked on heroes then there is no reason that yogg's executes shouldnt be able to target heroes and they cant so you will almost certainly not be able to with noggenfogger

Blizzard probably thought that Rogue could do shenanigans to make even more Jade cards, like Shadowstep on Jade Spirit or Aya, Raptor on Jade Swarmer, and Gang Up on any Jade card. Still, I don't agree with Blizzard's decision to limit Rogue's Jade cards. It's essentially forcing them to play those extra cards in order to be good and, worst of all, those cards are all conditional -- as in, you can't just straight up play the Jade cards you want. You'd have to wait until you draw the accompanying card (Raptor, Gang Up, Shadowstep) before getting to play the desired card.

We just need to see how well Gang up Patches works. But it seems pretty hard to pull off. You can't play any pirates unless you prep+gang up in hand or Shadowstep.

Pirate decks are obviously more oriented as face decks which works better with Warriors charge minions, more weapons, weapon buffs and minions that buff weapons.

It's not a guaranteed card draw, it needs to attack. Swashburglar is a guaranteed card draw which is a battlecry and it's a freaking common. The only way that i would see this being good is if it was something like "at the end of your turn add a card from your opponents class" or some shit like that. Of course, if we are talking about rank 20 or arena sure disregard everything I said, this card is crazy good.

So, I know that this card can get mega value, but besides Doomguard, what other Demon will give Warlock immediate impact? Not only that, but most Demons aren't good -- you'd be putting yourself at a real disadvantage if you include a lot of bad minions just so you can combo it with one card. Another problem is that Reno decks often get low on health, especially Renolock, so you really need a card that can have an immediate impact on the game. Summoning a 5/7 for free 9 turns into the game isn't going to stop the Druid you're playing against from sending their 10/10, 11/11, and 12/12 Jade Golems into your face.

The only combo I can think of is running two Doomguards and not playing Krul until you have both in hand, but that would take way too long and in the end, it's just 10 damage. If Blizzard introduced a GOOD Demon with Taunt (so, not Felguard), then Krul might actually be playable.

Unlicensed Apocrathy, Imp Gang, Abyssal, voidcaller, Doomguard, and Jaraxxus are probably the only ones I'd run. Jaraxxus is still good for the matchups where you know setting yourself to 15 health is bad and he's better as a minion.

I mean I'll include Illidian for fun since I unpacked him but not if I was wanting to be serious.

Honestly I think a big problem is that none of this stuff helps you stay alive except doomguard and very minorly voidcaller, it's the same problem as standard n'zoth

I think people overreacted, there's a lot of cards that are far worst than this.

Just look at Big-Time racketeer, no one will play that. Rager can at least protect itself in the early game long enough to go suicide in your opponent best minion.

The N'zoth is for bringing back Aya and 2 Swarmers in the late game that will all pop some nice big golems. The Shadowsteps and Brewmasters are for bouncing Jade Spirits back into your hand to accellerate your golems, the Shadowcasters are for giving you 1 mana copies of any of the jade golem summoning cards and Bran is for comboing with the Shadowcasters (and maybe the Jade Spirits if you really need the tempo, just keep in mind however that you can get much more through playing Bran+Shadowcaster+2 1 mana Ayas with your 10 mana than any other way of comboing Bran in this deck because it summons you 6 jade golems and makes your N'zoth summon 2 extra Ayas)

As for other Deathrattles for the N'zoth, I would say only run Sylvanas, you don't want too many deathrattles stopping your jade golem deathrattles from showing up.

Dragon Priest is insane, on the back of doing what they've never been able to do before- curve an early game into a mid and late game consistently despite being given a conditional 3 drop and 5 drop.

Wrathion is the engine of these decks, churning out giant draw spikes and walling off the weak board states of turn 6 with its immense 5 health and mighty taunt

Daring Reporter is the sole counter to Wrathion, becoming massive on priest's draw turn and taking over the game thanks to rogue's stealthing mechanics and insane ability to add cards to their hands (from the enemy class!)

in that moment we will look back at midrange shaman and think... was it worth it?
