Question; played a FF heist where a guy had a mutator where each individual could activate four pagers, and pagers wouldn't proc if the guard was unsuspecting. It had text messages at the start and everything.

How in the Hell do I unlock that? It gave me achievements when we finished the heist that way, and I kind of want it to do shit like Framing Frame without wanting to shut my head in a door.

Well Messiah was one skill I know was glitched for me. When switching from a stealth profile to my loud one with Messiah, the # of Messiah charges got set to "nil" - which caused the crash. Same issue may be there for other skills. As much as I loved PocoMod, I don't regret switching to WolfHUD. Similar, but you don't need to supplement with JackHUD, and it has a nice feature of coloring all the black & white icons.

I only remember the sniper being notable but it's been months since it was nerfed to oblivion with no sign of a comeback.

The katana is tied for best melee DPS. Also, I forget exactly how they're divided up but this and Ninja pack have poison weapons that can do like 2500 damage if you have patience to wait for all DOT ticks to expire (most people don't).

Garbage DLC. OVERKILL accidentally made it meta for a few weeks during NotCrimefest2016 but nerfed it slightly since then. Bows and XBows still deal a lot of damage but I don't think they're fun to use. The melee weapons all suck.

The ice pick is the other top tier melee DPS. Baby deagle is in most cases a straight upgrade over Deagle. The heists are pretty fun too.

There's some nice quality of life mods available and the Arbiter is strong. Maybe too strong. The pack's not even on sale and it's too new to have all the bugs ironed out. I'm not buying it until it's on sale.

Fire is the preferred DOT and since they recently buffed Dragon's Breath shotgun ammo, this DLC is slightly more valuable. Piglet is the less popular primary GL though it's basically no different except for reload time. Flamethrower has considerably lower ammo pickup than you would expect from its stats at a glance.

Never played it. I heard it's not great. Matever is kinda popular for high damage pistol

Highly unoptimized heist that'll cause framerate drops regardless of your computer specs. Buzzer used to be the non-lethal melee weapon of choice but now you don't even need to buy this DLC for that since we have electric brass knuckles for FREE*.

Am I doing something wrong with dodge builds? I'm fully specced in, have 54/55 dodge baseline with suit and sneaky bastard, but even on overkill I go down a lot.

Meanwhile I can play in Armor and do whatever the fuck, and I have gotten through OD Panic Room with ICTV+Muscle. Is it just because I'm not used to it?

I also just got Anarchist (bought Sydney with safe/trading card money) and I'm finding it to be all around worse than Muscle, I KNOW I have to be doing something wrong there. Plz help me git gud with meta shittery

Used to just check for coke, coke_light, coke_pure and present got added after some complains about the definition of "cocaine"... side job no longer works now.

Reason is the new additions use TOTAL_AMOUNT rather than using AMOUNT. So in order to count your coke you need to secure coke_light (not ingame AT ALL), pure cocaine from White Xmas AND presents from Santa's Workshop... all in one heist. Which is entirely impossible.

Dodge builds are about choosing when to fight and choosing when to run away from a fight,dodge is great for objective whoring since you can finish a dw match with like 10 kills and 0 downs becasue you were only running from objective to objective.
Also that 10% dodge when running.

Also if you want to take full effect of anarchist,remember that the lighter your armor is the less downtime between regens,at ictv you'll need 10 seconds for a little regen and with the lbv you only need 2,meaning with ictv you'll need bullseye aced.
Also you'll need aced frenzy and berseker to take full advantage of anarchist,since they both sacrifice hp for armor.

With lbv,iron man basic and die hard aced you can reach about 270 armor.
With ICTV you'll reach about 400.
These with the 40% damage reduction from underdog and frenzy aced but also bullseye aced and anarchist's armor regen per kill make anarchist the armor meta right now.

With Anarchist your armor is basically your health, so Bulleye aced is a requirement otherwise you can't regen fast enough to mitigate damage on any relevant difficulty.

Anarchist + ICTV is only good on Overkill where you can stand out in the open and regen armor faster than it breaks, otherwise the armor surplus it offers over other ICTV perk decks like Armorer or Infiltrator doesn't make up for the lengthy downtime you spend regening every time you get shot.

The optimal Anarchist build for DW/OD is one of the ballistic vests, Die Hard aced, Iron Man basic, Bullseye aced, Frenzy, and Low Blow. It takes a lot of points, but you get faster movement than an ICTV and the highest possible damage output in the game.

Then when people realised that the 25 unique cosmetics were fucking skins and that this shit was planned since like March or before, back when Almir was announcing his regular pilgrimages to Valve to clearly talk about how to make the skins/crate work, people just got even madder. OVK thought that the COP skins were going to make them happy enough because if they make all the shitty skins RARE quality or higher, they'll think it was worth the money but it wasn't.

When Starbreeze / OVK was doing shit like the FREE Stat Boosts back in December, that was them dropping everything to placate the masses, even if it stuck a raw spiky dildo up all the early skin adopters' asses since the (slightly) p2w skins were no longer exclusively p2w. And then there were like what, 2 or 3 rounds of *FREE* Mega masks for COP owners? Making those masks took them several months (not just weeks) to do.

Then as icing on the cake, every single salebabby and newkid was crying and bitching non-stop about how they will never get the chance to get the glowy edgy unusual masks ever again every time a COP update was announced.

It was supposedly a Valve fuckup because people's skins were disappearing from their inventory and the "fix" they applied basically awarded all the skin-related DLCs to everyone.

The way OVK gave out the skins to the Community Safe skin makers was to make a DLC that gives them the 16 skins in the safe. Valve's fuck-up apparently awarded all the drops to everyone who logged in.

OVK wanted the bought/sold skins deleted too but Valve has historically never gave refunds for market purchases so they made them untradeable until 2028 instead to shut them up.

All those Steam forum babies bitching about how they couldn't sell their free skins and patting themselves on the back about how a rollback was coming was hilarious. And then there were the wannabe traders who couldn't make it big in CS:GO complaining that they lost money because their autobidding/sniping bots bought the free skins as people started unloading them was priceless too.

COP is truly the gift that keeps on giving.
You bought the COP Season Pass DLC for memes and cosmetics, but you get a whole year's+ worth of drama out of it. It's great.
