There's no new Feat Quests. The new OV questline is an "Epic" Questline that's basically a tutorial for it. They autocleared the new questline on all characters that were above 70 before this patch.

tons of pexo/mexo skills used to be amazing to each other, suppression amulet used to reduce fire resistance by a ton, some mexo skills lowered PDEF and some pexo skills decreased water/light resistance I think. It was deemed as being way too good though and they completely removed almost all of them.

By putting only one point in pierce. It's awkward to use since it displaces you and the enemy(s) by a lot, not just some like the rest of your moves. You're supposed to charge it but charging it takes away from your combos as you're not holding them. Even if it's a short charge it's still wasted time and wasted points on a skill you can only use sometimes and in some occasions. I use THAT for milking combos with an uncharged one or collecting enemies when I'm at the start of the room. Other than that, you could use it for attacking immobile bosses but it takes too long when it gives 0 i frames. It's just not worth it.
Air steiner and break down on the other hand are short cooldown moves that can be used anywhere at any time with short animations and i frames that create shockwaves to quickly add decent damage to your combo.

I've played M Grap a long time but I'm still not 100% sure about how many points to use on low level skills like fling, knee kick, air steiner, break down, and snap shot. I chose to round them out at about 20 each as all of them are necessary tools in my combos despite being low level. If anyone else has any suggestions for how to point M Grap I'd like to hear it. I've just been doing what I see best and swapped points around whenever I see fit.
