If a rune uses a fire chain and fails to kill anything that's because he failed to manipulate the board to make fire chain a board clear, which is incredibly easy to do.

Look at spreading madness in hearthshit. That targets all characters not just followers so it's still just RANDOMISFUN LOL XD HAHAHAHHAHA bullshit.

Conclusion:
-JP players run bots that are programmed to force dc when you deal fatal damage/win with seraph, in attempt to either escape point loss or trick the system into giving you the loss.
-JP players use super short names with "First Farer" because it takes too much effort to input a proper name for all the bots they are running.

Control decks don't exist in these games, this has been discussed to death already. We just refer to grinder decks as control in Hearthstone and its clones. Having removal doesn't fucking make you control. The game has an entire card type that you can't control (spells) and half of every match is completely outside your control (your opponent's turn).

Also, "control" Sword isn't just a midrange with a finisher. It doesn't run 1 drops, Sage Commanders, Demonic Strikes (some midrange run it). It only runs the defensive 2 and 3 drops like the wards. The end of their curve is Frontguard, Olivia, and sometimes Charlotte, and Leonidas. That's like half the fucking deck in different cards, that's more difference than every single Forest deck in the game, that runs the same exact core of cards, because they're all overtuned.
