In SF it was revealed that humans wielding NPs cannot hurt vampires(as opposed to HS). So while a CG like Archer could hurt one, Shirou himself wielding an NP could not. Shirou borrows the swordmanship from the swords he summons but against a DA he would be limited to regular swords(swords without skill).

Let's say he knows this and is only limited to projecting regulars swords. Do you think Shirou could beat an average Dead Apostles, let's say Jester, using his own swordskill?

He's not a huge threat to powerful beings, but he's also incredibly difficult to kill or damage in any kind of permanent way. Unless you have something that can make it so he actually dies when he's killed like what Shiki can do with MEoDP it would be very hard to take him out.

Size =/= defense faggot. Extradimensional tentacle god has like 0 defense, a human magus could damage its flesh, it would just regenerate rapidly.
Excalibur would not break Nrvnqsr's Soil of Genesis, for example. It might be challenged by Van-Fem's demon castle golems, or maybe Ortenrosse might survive it with sheer durability (as he has no special skills but powerleveled his base stats like a retard).

The only things "powercreeped" are Gilgamesh/Enkidu, Artoria, Attila and her higher forms, and the Grand Servants (and maybe only MAYBE Heracles via Alcides). Every other servant has remained the same general zone of power.

Fate/Strange Fake even confirms it took Richard the Lionheart and Saladin working together to fight a normal Dead Apostle and that Nrvnqsr fucked up a whole army of warriors just for the resources.

Velber was immune to literally every attack, except coincidentally the attack of the holy sword. Its not necessary that it was stronger than everything, its that it was immune. Although seventh stage Velber is said to be almost as powerful as a star. Velber that we fight in Extella is early stage.
