Despite how overwhelming Forest has been today, watching all these games just makes me hate Haven more. Blood is a shit class that does nothing you can't do in other decks better. It never was intended as an aggro burn deck, it's just that only it's low cost burn cards are playable. Blood has been in the dumpster for half a year now, and it's only playable, because DE gave it aggro support. The vengeance core is just unplayable, it needs like 4+ vengeance, and heal/drain to be even remotely viable. At the very least release a broken vengeance cards that actually justifies the risk. Vengeance isn't even high risk, high rewards in its current state, it's just high risk.

I play all seven classes

the only OP deck is probably tempo elf, nerfing that SLIGHTLY will also bring ptp elf in check since they use a lot of the same cards

beyond that, there are only UP decks that need tuning up a bit t b h, for example dragon only has like one semi viable niche and even then its still a pretty big meme

D.Shift is as good, if not better, than pre nerf freeze mage, instead of the bad match up being a control class, it's aggro. No combo or control deck can beat D.Shift.

The game's definitely not perfectly balanced but people fit people throw over it is ridiculous. It's amazingly close for the time it's been out and the pool it has, I've played through a lot of card games over the years and two sets in, most games have one deck that's just much better than everything and maybe if we're lucky, one deck that just happens to be good against that deck. It's like having only PtP Forest and DShift, but here even if three out of seven crafts are weak, we've got something like six archetypes competitive at every level between the four that see play.

I mean fuck, Magic's been out for eternity but no one's going to tell you that the game's particularly well balanced.

Finally got a 5-0 m8s. Sure it's with sword but usually I run into an Olivia comeback or a faster Sword in my Arena runs that just fucks the run up. All it took was a set of Maid Leaders, 2 white generals, and a white paladin. Feels good.

If you're playing Haven, going second is a massive advantage for your priest of the cudgel evolutions.

If you're playing aggro, going first is best.

Otherwise it doesn't really matter or depends on the draw. I personally prefer to go second since I don't play aggro often and having that third evo point gives me a lot of security.

Are there any good bloodcraft decks that are fun to play besides aggro bats? Trying to find something new to play

Have you heard of a concept called card advantage? You spent a single card to wipe their board. Unless they played Otohime, they can't refill their board with one card. How many times can you take a wipe before the combined card draw of sacred plea, the two-kills for one evolve of cudgel and the board wipe from Themis leaves you with an empty hand, having exhausted everything, while Haven still has a 5+ card hand. Have you ever seen a Haven with less than 3 cards in their hands? I haven't.
