A few weeks, maybe a month, depends on how well PBE testing goes. Kled was in and out of testing pretty fast, when Azir spent ages with all the horrible bugs he had. And then he had to be disabled because of even more bugs.

I couldn't log in until I googled a fix and found this:

-Open your "Network and Sharing Center"
-Select "Change adapter settings"
-Right click your adapter, and select "Properties"
-Locate the field for "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)", and double-click it.
-On the bottom, select "Use the following DNS server addresses, and input the following:
Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4
-Click OK twice, and retry the game.

I was surprised when it worked so give this a shot.

It's an option, but usually he doesn't even need it. With enough AP you do about 15% of someone's max HP per hit, and your Q gives tons of free AS, and you only auto attack to add some extra damage to your QER combo or to finish off tricky assholes who are hard to pin with your ult.

How the fuck am I supposed to play like this? It's not even like their jungler was the one making it happen. They all just get solo killed OVER AND OVER AND OVER again and even if I outfarm the enemy jungler by like 80 cs it doesn't matter because their riven, syndra, and vayne all have 10 kills while my team has spent the majority of the game on grey screen.

AP Kog'maw is literally just +1 to everything that makes all other Kog builds good.
That's why it's so baffling that he isn't classified as a mage. It would be like if people were trying to claim Twisted Fate is an AD carry because he has 1 AD ratio, a passive AS steroid and on-hit effects(which are the only things that make Kog'Maw an AD carry btw).

1. Close out your game/patcher, hit ctrl+alt+delete and make sure all instances of LoL.Launcher are gone, then restart the patcher process and let it sit.
2. Go to your Riot Games/RADS/System folder under your default install path, and run the rads_user_kernel.exe file, then try starting your patcher.
3. Try deleting your LoL_Air_Client folder (the default install path for this folder is c:\Riot Games\RADS\Projects) and then repatching.

This is pretty basic strategy for LoL: the adc is a high priority target that can't risk face checking brush to play the vision game and they need to put the most effort into cs'ing because they are so gold dependent. Those are mechanical skills.

The support has to protect the adc and set up fights, for most that involves landing a skillshot of some kind which means predicting movement and zoning and for all of them it means watching the macro to figure out if the jungler is about to gank. Those skills are not mechanical.
