You know what the big problem with this game is? Riot's afraid to let anyone just get dumpstered. Every single champion does enough damage to 100-0 you at any point in the game, regardless of their build. Fucking Poppy can build full tank, zero damage items, and still burst the fuck out of people with her endless cc and % health damage. Yasuo can cheese you at any point in the game with crit runes. Fizz can kill literally any champ in the game at level 6 with just a sheen and brown boots and it's not even that difficult. Every single champion is designed to be relevant in damage regardless of what their items do. The only reason to build items is for the passives and to 100-0 people even faster.

Depends on the start point and the route. If you are in Demacia the cheapest route will probably be to take a cargo ship to southern Shurima and from there pay a caravan to take you to the city.

If you are on Noxus, the most direct route probably will be trough Targon Pass, you can catch a stage coach for it from Noxus, sail there first if you are located in outer isles.

It's lane you lose early. If you can stay even in gold and get sheen + phage and maybe an early merc treads you should be able to beat him as long you don't fight him while he has his gray health up. That's when you stun him and walk away otherwise it's another health bar you can't deplete quickly enough through. If you can re-engage while his gray health is on CD then you should be able to win the all in as long as he's ap since he won't have enough time to actually get it back.

Every single %current HP effect in the history of the entire game has always been horrifically weak. The strongest one that ever existed was Elise's human form Q, back before the numbers were cut in half.
%CHP is not good for anything, literally cannot kill things unless it reaches or exceeds 100%(which takes Kindred 70 minutes) and general needs to stop being added to the game, stop being treated as the same as %MHP, and stop being treated as useful, because it's not and never will be.

When you build Liandry's for the %CHP burn, you're an idiot.
When you take Greenfather's Gift, you're an idiot.
When you build Blade of the Ruined King for the %CHP on hit, you're an idiot.
When you say "Liandry's is good on Brand because his passive is %HP too!" you're a double idiot because the negative synergy betwen %MHP and %CHP is so strong that Liandry's burn amounts for less than double digit damage on Brand's total damage output.
