I cannot for the life of me pick another character to level from 100.

I have all classes but lock (68 and in progress to 100) at 100, with an ele shaman at 110.

I like my shaman but feel considerably weak.
I want to try leveling a melee class (not doing enh right now) as I can see most melee are in a great spot right now.

Whenever I sit at my login screen however trying to decide between what to level I'm at a loss and just can't get any motivation.

DH tanks seems so underpowered mitigation-wise.
When I run +12 with a bear tank he can pull entire Teeming/Skittish/Fortified packs without looking even close to dying.
But the exact same dungeon as Vengeance I know the monsters must be partially CC'ed or dead before the DS charges run out. I just feel so retarded saying: Hang on, waiting for active mitigation to clear while pulling close packs. With the cheat-death on cooldown I must be the biggest possible wimp.
At least my DPS can be retarded and burst on teeming without me loosing agro like Druid, but I don't feel that compensates, seeing the dumbass hexed/sapped/banished monsters just waiting to push my shit in.

I got the feeling, that with slightly better gear/coordinated aoe stuns. I could tank any dungeon content up +12, but there is just no way I can reliably survive tanking multiple fortified packs as things are now.

Make sure you DPS Hyrja on P1, if your guild sends you to Heimdall tell them to get casters to change instead. When the adds come just cleave the add next to Hyrja, especially if your target swap is bad. If your guild has problems with adds not dying then tough luck, mechanics > DPS.
On P2 and P3 just make sure you have 100% uptime, Odyn's hitbox is far smaller than Hyrja's compared to their models, again if you can avoid target swapping then avoid it, our melees stay 100% on Odyn for P2 but we have much higher ilvl than your raid probably does.
Other than that, don't ever get hit by balls, I don't care about any "but I got hit by an invisible ball" excuses, getting hit by a ball and having a spear hit you afterwards is almost certain death in mythic, so you better get practicing.

We average over 885 ilvl and we only bring 4 melee DPS, and we're pulling off this strategy even on mythic Odyn.
We began by having everyone swap, but as ranged DPS grew more comfortable with the fight we let melee DPS stay on Odyn gradually as long as we could get Hyrja/Heimdall to 85% by the time the adds spawned. It may not apply to your raid, but if you're getting them to 85% and adds haven't spawned yet you should consider letting the melee DPS with worse target swapping or less mobility stay full time on Odyn.
